I have read the studio policies on the website and agree to adhere to the terms and conditions listed.

I acknowledge that my child's photograph and/or video may be used for educational and promotional marketing for The Studio, and that the accounts on which they may be used are under Public settings and may be viewed by anyone on such platforms.

I acknowledge that if I do not want my child to be featured on The Studio's public social media accounts, I will notify The Studio by selecting "Photo Opt-Out" on the Waivers & Policies page of the online portal. This only applies to what is posted directly by The Studio, and will not apply to any photos taken during performances by outside photographers.
