Please arrive 5 minutes before your designated class time. Students must come dressed in their proper dance attire.
Photos/Videos
Central Park Dance reserves the right to use the students name (or any fictional name), picture, portrait, or photograph in all forms and media and in all manners, including composite or distorted representations, for advertising, trade, or any other lawful purpose. Central Park Dance reserves also the right to inspect or approve the finished version(s), including written copies that may be created in connection therewith while participating in dance classes or any class or live performance offered by Central Park Dance Studio.
Building Closures/Inclement weather
Holiday closing for children/teen classes is included in the “Holiday closings†calendar on our website. All tuitions are calculated with Holiday Closings. In the event of inclement weather, classes may be canceled. Our class cancellations may differ from schools in the area. You will receive an email regarding closings and they will be posted on our social media page.
Refunds/Credit
There will be no refunds issued after 72 hours from your registration date.
All Tot & I (2-3), Fairytale Ballet (3-4) and Hip Hop (3-5) and Petite Ballet (4-5), Hip Hop (4-5) classes have 14 days from the start of their first class to receive a full refund, if needed.
There are no refunds given for missed classes.
There is an annual registration fee of $45.00 per family.
Children's sessions and adult sessions are non-transferable.
Class Makeups
For personal absences, not including holidays, Make Up classes can only be made up within the current session that you are enrolled in and will NOT be transferred into the next session.
Makeups are appointments only. Please call 914-723-2940 to schedule your appointment.
Class Cancellation
Central Park Dance reserves the right to cancel classes.
Payment Plans
Payments may be made in full or in two installments. If you are interested in setting up a two-installment plan or custom payment schedule, please contact Juliet at juliet@centralparkdance.com or call 914-723-2940 for assistance.
I hereby release and agree to hold harmless Central Park Dance, its owners, partners, instructors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, causes of action, costs, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with participation in classes, rehearsals, performances, or any other activities associated with the studio.
I further waive, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, and personal representatives, any and all claims for damages or losses to person or property that may arise from participation in any services provided by Central Park Dance, including but not limited to bodily injury, illness, death, medical treatment, or property damage, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
By enrolling in and/or participating in the programs offered by Central Park Dance, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
