2025-2026 DANCE SEASON POLICIES

PRICES:
Registration Fee: $30
Tuition
1 Hour per week : $98/month
1 ½ Hours per week: $125
2 Hours per week: $175
3 Hours per week: $235
4 Hours per week: $280
5+ Hours (Unlimited) per week: $320

*Tuition is due by the first class of each month. After the 10th of each month a $10 late fee will be charged. No refunds on absences classes may be made-up.

RECITAL & SHOWS:
*All of our students perform in an annual holiday show and end of year recital.*
Dates-TBA

HOLIDAY SHOW:
-Performances will take place in a local theatre.
-Tickets will be available for family and friends to attend.
-Costumes Provided by the studio.

END OF THE YEAR RECITAL:
Students will participate in an End of the Season Recital in June 2026.
Dates-TBA
Recital Fee - $255 / Sibling Recital Fee - $185
This fee includes:
-One Recital Costume with tights and accessories (additional costumes would be additional charge).
-A commemorative t-shirt with the dancers name.
-Digital video of the entire recital.
-Access to a dress rehearsal at the venue prior to recital day.
*Deposit $125 due December 1st
*Balance $130 due February 1st

CLASS UNIFORMS:
BDC UNIFORMS ARE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE AT THE STUDIOS:

Children's Combo Class- Pink BDC leotard/skirt, pink tights, pink ballet slippers, buckle tan tap shoes.
Ballet - Black BDC leotard, BDC ballet skirt, tights, ballet slippers.
Jazz - Black BDC leotard, black BDC shorts, tights, jazz boots.
Tap - Black BDC leotard, black BDC shorts, tights, Black lace tap shoes.
Contemporary - Black leotard, black shorts, convertible tights, dance paws.
Hip Hop - t-shirts, black pants or shorts, sneakers of your choice that are not worn outside (preferably black or white)

STUDIO REGULATIONS:
- One month written notice must be given to the studio if a student plans to discontinue classes. All classes up until the given date must be paid for.
-Monthly tuition must be paid regardless of whether there are 3 classes or 5 classes in a particular month.
-We guarantee that everyone will receive an average of 4 classes per month for the registered season.
-There is no food, beverages, or chewing gum allowed in the studio.

*I understand these policies and regulations listed above and will abide by these rules made to ensure a safe, orderly, and productive environment for its members.
*I will not hold The Brooklyn Dance Centers and its staff members responsible for any accidents or injuries resulting from my or my child’s participation in dance classes, rehearsals, performances or related activities knowing that dancing is physical and can result in unforeseen accidents or injuries.
