Studio Policies and Agreement

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to abide by the policies and procedures of the studio.

Tuition & Payments
Tuition is due by the 1st class of each month.
A late fee of $15 will be applied to accounts not paid by the 15th of the month.
Tuition Payments are non-refundable.

Absences & Make-Up Classes
No refunds or credits will be given for missed classes or absences.
Students may attend a make-up class in an equivalent class level and style, subject to availability.

Withdrawal Policy
A minimum of one (1) month’s written notice is required if a student wishes to withdraw from classes.
Tuition remains the responsibility of the parent/guardian during the notice period.

Dress Code & Appearance
Students must wear the required class attire/uniform and proper dance shoes for their classes.
Hair must be neatly secured away from the face.
Jewelry is not permitted in class for safety reasons.

Attendance & Punctuality
Students are expected to arrive on time and be prepared for class.
Excessive tardiness may impact a student’s participation and progress.

Communication
Parents/guardians are responsible for reading all studio emails and communications regarding schedules, weather-related closings, performances, events, and other important announcements.

Food & Beverages
No food or beverages are permitted in the studios.
Water is the only beverage allowed.

Performances
I acknowledge that I have read and understand all information regarding the studio’s Holiday Show and End-of-Year Recital, including participation requirements, rehearsal schedules, costumes, and performance expectations.





Conduct & Studio Expectations
Bullying, harassment, or inappropriate behavior of any kind will not be tolerated. Students and parents are expected to treat fellow dancers, families, instructors, staff, and studio property with respect.
Students must follow all studio policies, rules, and instructions provided by faculty and staff.
Dismissal Policy
The studio reserves the right to dismiss any student whose behavior, or whose family’s behavior, demonstrates repeated disregard for studio policies, staff, students, or property. Such dismissal will be at the sole discretion of studio management.
