1. REGISTRATION
All dancers must be registered prior to the first class.
ONGOING FALL 2026-SPRING 2027 CLASSES: Ongoing classes have a $45.00 registration fee per individual dancer or $75.00 per family will be assessed at the time of registration. This registration fee is collected only once during the 2026-2027 dance season.
6-WEEK SESSIONS, DROP-IN CLASSES, MASTER CLASSES, AND SPECIAL EVENTS: 6-week sessions, drop-in classes, master classes, and special event classes do not have a registration fee.
2. TUITION and PAYMENT POLICIES
ONGOING FALL 2026-SPRING 2027 CLASSES: All tuition payments must made through our online auto-pay program. Tuition is run on the 1st of the month. It is the responsibility of the client to update any expired cards, changes in card numbers, lost or stolen cards, etc. A late fee of $30 will be posted to the account on the 5th of every month for any unpaid tuition. If an auto-pay card is declined, and tuition remains unpaid, the account will be charged an 18% late fee. If the balance is not paid in its entirety within 7 days from the card decline, the dancer may not attend their classes and Aspire Dance will remove them from their registered classes. Aspire Dance will not relinquish the payment responsibility of the dancer’s guardian's for any reason, nor will they authorize extended late payment plans. If an account remains unpaid for 30 days, the appropriate collections agency will be contacted. There will be a $25.00 service charge for all returned checks.
Aspire Dance Studio does not pro-rate tuition for missed classes. Aspire Dance Studio does not issue refunds of any kind.
Aspire Dance Studio has a 14-day Cancellation Policy. In order to remove a student from a class, you must provide written notice by email and complete the cancel class form 14 days in advance. The class cancellation form must be completed in order to drop a dance from their class(es). Once a dancer has dropped, their spot will no longer be held. If you wish to re-enroll after canceling, you must re-register. Class availability is not guaranteed upon re-enrollment.
Our dance year is based on a 38-week schedule and tuition remains the same whether it is a long or short month. This includes months that a holiday break is scheduled, as well as June where classes are finished with recital. We strongly recommend dancers make-up any missed classes during a scheduled break. We do not refund tuition or make adjustments for missed classes. Make-up classes are available and must be used within 30 days of an absence. Make-up classes cannot be used in a class that the student is currently registered in. Make-up classes must be used in the current season the dancer is enrolled in. Make-up classes must be used in other classes that the student is not registered in. If a dancer needs to pull from classes for any particular month, their class slot is not guaranteed and the process of re-registration will begin upon re-registering for class.
Every month tuition is due in the full amount. We do not pro-rate tuition unless you are a new student starting mid-month.
It is the responsibility of the account holder to keep credit card information up to date on the account.
6-WEEK SESSIONS, DROP-IN CLASSES, MASTER CLASSES, SPECIAL EVENTS & STUDIO RENTALS: 6-week sessions, drop-in classes, master classes, and special event classes will be assessed a one-time fee upon registration, and needs to be paid in full at the time of registration. You will not be charged any further unless you register again for more classes. Aspire Dance Studio does not pro-rate tuition for missed classes. 3. ATTENDANCE
Classes begin Tuesday, September 8, 2026 and run through Thursday, June 17, 2027. 6-week sessions, drop-in classes, master classes, and special event classes will run as scheduled.
It is very important that dancers have consistent attendance. This is especially imperative for the months that we are working on our Holiday Showcase and Spring Recital dances. If a dancer is inconsistent in class, they may be removed from a portion of the dance or be required to take private lessons. It is important that our weekly classes remain progressive and that the class as a whole is moving forward in their dance training. If a dancer needs to miss a class, we ask that Aspire be notified by either calling into the front office or emailing the studio.
Dancers who miss 4 classes in a row will be automatically dropped from their class(es), unless prior communication has been made with the studio. This includes recital classes & recital dances.
We strongly encourage students to make up any missed classes. Make-up classes are available and must be used within 30 days of an absence. Make-up classes cannot be used in a class that the student is currently registered in. Make-up classes must be used in the current season the dancer is enrolled in. Make-up classes must be used in other classes that the student is not registered in. Dancers must be picked up on time after their class is finished. Aspire Dance Studio is not responsible for dancers that are left unattended at the studio.
4. DISCONTINUED CLASSES
Aspire Dance Studio reserves the right to discontinue a class for various reasons (ex: does not have high enough enrollment). Students will be placed in another similar class if this occurs, or offered a refund.
5. CHOREOGRAPHY RIGHTS/USE
We own all rights to all choreography taught in class and in rehearsals at Aspire Dance Studio. You must get permission from the teacher/choreographer to post, use, or perform any choreography outside of the studio.
6. CLASS REQUIREMENTS
•Level 3A, 3B, Teen 3A, and Level 4: Jazz, Contemporary, Lyrical, Modern: Must also be enrolled in a ballet class. •Pre-Pointe: Must also be enrolled in a ballet class. •Pointe: Must also be enrolled in 2 ballet classes.
7. CLASS LEVELING
Aspire Dance Studio teachers and staff will determine the appropriate class level for each dancer. Dancers may not switch class levels mid-dance year, unless suggested by and approved by the teacher. All dancers will be evaluated during their first week of classes.
8. CLASS DRESS CODE:
REQUIREMENTS:
•Appropriate dance clothes required for all classes.
•Street/school clothes are not allowed for any class.
•Make sure sneakers are clean and do not have sand in them.
•Hair must be in a ballet bun for all ballet classes and securely pulled back from the face (in a ponytail or better) for all other classes.

9. CODE OF CONDUCT
Dancers and parents are asked conduct themselves in a professional, positive, and respectful manner: both at Aspire Dance Studio and regarding Aspire Dance Studio at all times. Any inappropriate behavior demonstrated by a dancer or parent may lead to the student’s dismissal from the studio with cause, as determined by Aspire Dance Studio.
Dancers and parents must agree to abide by the rules, regulations and privileges of participation outlined in these policies, as well as throughout the studio. Dancers and parents agree that while they participate at Aspire their conduct will be such that it presents no danger to other dancers, parents or staff, and does not interfere with the classes or the lobby at the studio, or disrupt the staff in performing their duties.
DANCER CONDUCT Dancers are expected to bring a positive attitude to each dance class, rehearsal, and performance. They are expected to conduct themselves in an appropriate and responsible manner. They are expected to be respectful, friendly, and positive towards all their fellow dancers, teachers, and other parents. Negative attitudes towards themselves, their classmates, their teachers, and other parents will not be tolerated.
PARENTAL CONDUCT, INVOLVEMENT AND PARTICIPATION Parents are expected to treat all dancers, teachers, and other parents with respect and positive attitudes at Aspire. Parents are also responsible for making sure that the dancer is always prepared and on time for classes, rehearsals, and performances. We look forward to creating a successful dance year with you!
10. SMARTWATCHES & PHONES
No smartwatches are allowed to be worn during class time. All smartwatches must be removed before class, or left at home. No cell phones are allowed to be in use during class time.
11. LOST ITEMS
Aspire is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Found items are held for 30 days and then donated to charity. When names are on found items, we will send an email to the owner letting them know they have 30 days to pick up the found items. We encourage all families to look through he lost & found regular and claim lost items.
12. EMAIL
Aspire Dance Studio conducts all its important communication through email. Please make sure to provide us your correct email address(es) on your registration form, and add aspiredancestudio@yahoo.com to your list of contacts to ensure that you receive our emails. Please update us immediately when an email address changes. Please check and read your emails from us regularly, in order to keep up-to-date on important information from the studio!
13. INJURIES
Aspire Dance Studio is not liable for any injuries.
14. MEDIA
Aspire Dance Studio may post photos and videos on behalf of the studio on various social media sites. Dancers may be in these photos or videos. By signing, you are releasing the use of these images for promotional purposes.
15. PERFORMANCE INFORMATION
We plan to hold our Holiday Showcase in December 2026 (Date TBA), and Spring Recitals in June 2027 (Date TBA). Upon registration, classes that are performing in the recital will be marked as such.
If plans need to change for any reason, we will reschedule the show and keep you updated on any changes.
Costumes for the June recital are $110 per class, and $20 for additional tights (if required for the costume). These are purchased and yours to keep. The costume payment deadline is February 15, 2026, and after February 15, 2026 costumes will have an additional $15 late processing fee per costume. Once a costume is ordered it cannot be returned. Recital costume fees are non-refundable. After the costume is received, any costume errors, problems, missing pieces etc, must be reported within 48 hours from the date you received the costume.
Each dancer will be assed a mandatory media fee that includes photos & videos from the show. Winter showcase media fee: $45. Spring recital media fee: $70.

A dancer can only perform in the Holiday Showcase & June Recital if they are enrolled in that particular class. A dancer cannot perform with a class that they are doing make-ups in.

17. EMERGENCY CONTINGENCIES
Under any emergency situation, in-person classes will temporarily be held online.
18. WAIVER
As the legal parent or guardian (if dance is under 18), or the dancer (if the dancer is 18 or older), I release and hold harmless Aspire Dance Studio, its owners and operators from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action whatsoever, arising out of or related to any loss, damage or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the participant and/or the undersigned, while in or upon the premises or any premises under the control and supervision of Aspire Dance Studio, its owners and operators or in route to or from any said premises.
19. AGREEMENT
Please sign below, acknowledging that all information provided above is correct, and you are in full understanding that Aspire Dance Studio, LLC is not responsible for any injuries or lost or stolen property. By signing below, you are agreeing to the ASPIRE DANCE STUDIO PAYMENT POLICY and authorizing payments to Aspire Dance Studio, LLC. By signing below you are also acknowledging and agreeing to adhere by all of Aspire Dance Studio’s Policies and Rules. The Policy and other forms are available at aspiredancestudio.com . I have read and agree to all of the Aspire Dance Studio Policies.
