Enrollment in Jacqueline's School of Ballet is on a semester basis. By enrolling at the commencement of a semester, it is understood that tuition for the entire semester is owed. No tuition deduction or allowance will be made due to absence or withdrawal. Tuition is non-transferable and non-refundable unless withdrawal is necessary due to a prolonged injury or illness, which must be verified in writing by a doctor.

Missed classes may be made up by attending another class during the same semester in which the class was missed.

First-Time Enrollees:
First-time enrollees may withdraw up through the first week for a full refund, minus charges for classes taken that week and the registration fee (this policy does not apply to pre-school students). After the first week, the semester tuition for first-time enrollees is fully owed and non-refundable.

Professional Track
The Professional Track is available by audition only. Students accepted into the program are enrolled for one year. Re-auditions are required annually for continued participation.

If a student decides to withdraw during the year, they will not be eligible to return to the Professional Track that year. However, they may re-audition for the following year.

Semesters
The 2024–2025 school year is divided into two semesters:

Fall Semester: August 19 – December 6
Spring Semester: January 13 – May 10

Videos and Photos taken by a member if the studio may be used strictly from promotional purposes of the studio and remain property of the studios.

Preschool will begin the Wednesday following Labor Day. A Pre-School orientation will scheduled before classes begin. Parents will be notified of this. Pre-School enrollment is for the entire school year. No tuition deduction or allowance shall be made by reason of absence or withdrawal. Tuition is not transferable and is non-refundable unless withdrawal is necessary due to prolonged illness with written verification by a doctor. FEE'S & REGISTRATION $150 Supply Fee, $50 Registration fee and 1/2 first months tuition is due upon registering. The registration fee and 1/2 of the first months tuition is non-refundable. Tuition is by the month and deducted from the card on file the 5th of each month. We will offer a 5% discount if paying for the entire school year by the first day of class. Pre-School follows their own calendar for days off.

An annual $50 student registration fee is charged at the time of registration. This fee is non-refundable for any reason.

Family Discount:
1st child: Full price ($50)
2nd child: $10
3rd child and additional children: No charge

Performance Fees
A performance fee will be charged to all students participating in productions. These fees are estimated each year and will be communicated to students as opportunities arise. Payment of performance fees will be due upon notification.

This agreement covers any and all activities sponsored or conducted by Jacqueline's School of Ballet and its staff, including but not limited to dances, games, and other associated activities.

I, for myself and my children, hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Jacqueline's School of Ballet, its officers, employees, volunteers, sponsors, and other participants (herein referred to as "Releasee") from all liability to myself, my personal representatives, assigns, heirs, and next of kin for any and all damages, claims, or demands, including those arising from the negligence of the Releasee, while I and/or my children are competing, participating, observing, or working for any purpose, or otherwise engaged in any event sponsored by Jacqueline's School of Ballet.

I, for myself and my children, hereby assume full responsibility for the risk of bodily injury, death, or property damage due to the negligence of the Releasee or otherwise while competing, participating, observing, or working for any purpose, or otherwise engaged in the events.

I understand that Jacqueline’s School of Ballet will make every effort to contact me or the emergency contact provided below prior to seeking treatment. However, if I cannot be reached, I give permission for the staff to make decisions regarding my child’s medical care.

I agree to release Jacqueline’s School of Ballet, its staff, instructors, and representatives from any liability related to injury, illness, or medical treatment incurred during participation in ballet-related activities.

I have read this release and voluntarily agree to its terms.

We offer two payment options:
Pay for the Semester in Full – This option includes a 5% tuition discount.
Installment Payments – Full tuition is split into five equal payments over the semester.

Semester in Full
You must log in to your account and pay the full amount reflecting the 5% discount before the due date. After the due date, the 5% discount will no longer apply, and the full tuition amount will be required.
Due dates for Semester in Full payments are:
Fall Semester: August 15
Spring Semester: January 15
With this option, you are responsible for the full cost of the semester, regardless of early withdrawal.

Installment Payments
By selecting this option, you authorize us to process monthly tuition installment charges via credit/debit card or through EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer).
Payments will be processed on the 15th of each month according to the following schedule:
Fall Semester: August 15, September 15, October 15, November 15, December 15
Spring Semester: January 15, February 15, March 15, April 15, May 15
Important Notes:

Installment charges occurring on weekends or banking holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Installment payments cover the full semester's activity and are not prorated based on class schedules for individual months.
You are responsible for the full cost of the semester, regardless of early withdrawal.
Automatic Enrollment
Upon registration, your child is automatically enrolled in both semesters unless you notify us of withdrawal prior to the start of the second semester.
If no withdrawal notice is received, you will be responsible for the full tuition of the second semester without refunds or credits.

Payment Methods
Cash Payments: Accepted only for the Semester in Full option.
Email Reminders: As a courtesy, we will send email reminders prior to processing any scheduled payment.

Family Discounts
A 50% tuition discount applies to the third family member and each additional family member enrolled. This discount does not apply to Summer Intensives.
If applicable, the 5% discount for tuition paid in full prior to the semester start will apply only to the tuition of the first two students.
