About Tuition & the Dance / Theatre Season
Tuition

The full season tuition is due regardless of participation and any personal or scheduling changes. Injuries and health matters will be addressed on a case by case basis with the owners.

This yearly tuition is divided into 10 equal monthly payments (September–June) for convenience.
A full payment option is also available at the start of the season with a 5% discount if paid in full by August 31.

Injured/Health Related Matter Policy
If a dancer is injured or experiencing any health related matter that prevents them from participating in rehearsals or performances, a doctor’s note must be provided. The note should state the nature of the injury and the limitations or rest recommended. Once recovered a clearance from the doctor is required as well as clearance from the directors that the student can clearly demonstrate the ability to safely execute the dance.
Should a replacement dancer be needed this will be determined by the owners and a meeting to discuss options and fees will occur between involved parties.
Set in Stone Performing Art Studio requires the right to make changes to the schedule or adjust placement through the season based on needs of students and teachers. These decisions will be made with the best interest of all involved in mind.
