We’re thrilled to kick off the 2025/2026 dance season with you! Classes begin the week of August 11th. Please review the important information below to ensure a smooth start.

📋 Registration & Payments
• Annual Registration Fee: $35 per family
• Monthly Tuition: Due on the first lesson of each month
• Late Fee: $25 if payment is received after the 15th
• Returned Check Fee: $25
• No prorated tuition
• Recital Participation Requirement: Tuition must be paid in full by May 15, 2026, failure to do so will result in your dancer not participating in our recital shows
Payment Methods
• Cash or Check
• Online via Dance Studio Pro
o 3% service fee for debit/credit card payments
o Avoid fees by setting up automatic payments from a checking account

2025/2026Registration Waiver
I understand that Augusta Youth School of Dance, LLC will be free from liability or claims of any injury or illness while on studio premises or completing outside performances. I/We agree that Augusta Youth School of Dance, LLC owner, Molly Peoples, and its instructors will not be held responsible. Augusta Youth School of Dance, LLC has the right to remove any student from class for just cause.
I understand that if my child registers after December, he or she will not be able to participate in the recital due to late registration. We accept registration all year long, however, if registered after December, they will not be able to perform in the Spring recital.
I understand that ALL fees are non-refundable. Past due payments could result in your child being dismissed from class. If you have an agreement with a family member to pay fees, remember, this agreement is between you and the family member and not Augusta Youth School of Dance, LLC. Parent or legal guardian is responsible for making sure all fees are paid by the required dates.
I understand that Augusta Youth School of Dance, LLC has the right to combine or cancel classes for any reason in which all monies owed will be refunded or prorated.
Please be advised that your child will be supervised by employees of Augusta Youth School of Dance, LLC during class.

🎭 Costumes
• One costume per dance subject
• Estimated Cost: $95–$100 each
• Due in full by November 15th
• Costumes are nonrefundable
• Sizing runs larger to allow for growth
• Parents are responsible for alterations, tights, and shoes
• Special sizing may include an extra charge
• Dancers with unpaid costume balances will not receive costumes or participate in recital

🎤 Recital & Rehearsal
Held at The Columbia County Performing Arts Center
• Rehearsal: Saturday, May 9th
o A female guardian must attend with the dancer (no guests or siblings allowed)
• Recital: Sunday, May 17th

• On sale starting April 1st via the venue
• Pricing will vary
• All ticket sales are nonrefundable

We follow the public school calendar for the following breaks (no makeups or deductions):
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving
• Christmas
• President’s Day
• Spring Break
