Expectations: We expect everyone involved in Dance Fusion Studio to please help promote a positive, encouraging, family like environment. All dancers are expected to be polite and respectful to teachers and classmates. Dancers who can not do so, may be dismissed from class or expelled from the program. Students and visitors are expected to keep the noise level low in the lobby. To avoid any distraction, parents and siblings must remain in the lobby until after the scheduled class. Policies: Fees not paid by their assigned due dates will be subject to a one time $10 late fee. All delinquent accounts must be paid in full before enrolling in the current session. If financial circumstances do arise, please contact us prior to the due date to make arrangements. Checks should be made payable to "Dance Fusion Studio". If an account is 3 months past due, the student will be asked to sit out until account is made current. REFUNDS: To withdraw from class, you must provide a notice to the instructor, and you will receive a partial refund for the remaining classes occuring 2 weeks after the date of the letter. Simply not showing up for class does not constitute a withdrawal, and will not receive a refund. If a students balance is overdue for longer than the next billing cycle, they will be asked to sit out until the account is brought current.
