Yearly tuition & extra activities:

Students have until December 1 of the dance season to choose not to dance anymore or decide to switch classes. Should a child make this decision after this date, I acknowledge that I am responsible for all tuition costs for the year, costumes, competition fees, and any other expenses that may arise from dance. I acknowledge that I must pay these fees for the year to the studio no later than 20 days after my child chooses to leave KAM Dance Academy. If I do not pay these fees by this date, then this can be escalated to a case that will be handled in court.

Participation in the annual recital is mandatory for all enrolled students. The recital is a core component of our dance program, designed to showcase student progress, build performance skills, and foster a sense of accomplishment and community. Students are expected to attend all scheduled rehearsals and participate fully in the final performance. Exceptions will only be considered under extenuating circumstances and must be submitted in writing for approval by the Academy Director.

I also acknowledge that my child may choose to participate in other activities outside of dance. If a child chooses to participate in another activity, then it cannot conflict with dance. No child will be excused from classes for any sports or any other activities. The only activities students will be excused from are required school activities such as concerts, conferences, field trips, etc., at least two weeks in advance. Anything less than that notice, no student will be able to make up any class.

I agree to all of the statements written above. I acknowledge that breaking any of these agreements can cause my child to lose their space at KAM Dance Academy. Should my child lose their place at KAM Dance Academy, I acknowledge I am still responsible for all fees for the year.
