Below you will find the list of the policies you agree to in joining Golden Dreams, mostly boring payment & class procedure information-but of course important, so please take time to read through it :)

ANNUAL REGISTRATION FEES
A once yearly Registration Fee of $60 per individual or $85 per family is required before enrolling or participating in any class. This fee is good for one year from the posting date.

ARRIVAL AND PICKUP
Participants should arrive 5 minutes before scheduled class time (no earlier please) and should be picked up on time. Please inform us if you know you will be late for class or late picking up your student. During peak times the parking may be crowded. Please take into consideration that our students include young children. Drive slowly and carefully. Instruct your student to wait inside the building and you will escort them from the building to your car. Please do not take a chance on your student running to and from your car.

ENROLLMENT
Class enrollment is available at any point during the session as long as a spot is available in your selected class.New enrollees will be charged immediately for your selected session and class based on the number of classes remaining in the session.

AUTOMATIC RE-ENROLLMENT
Students are automatically enrolled and accounts are automatically charged 10 days prior to the start of each four-week session. Once a student is enrolled in a session, they will be automatically enrolled in the following sessions and responsible for all tuition charges, whether or not they attend class, until Golden Dreams is notified in writing that the student is officially dropping from the class.

DROP PROCEDURES
To officially withdraw from a class without being charged for the next session, submit a written drop request via email to info@goldendreamsgym.com or in person at the front desk at least TEN DAYS prior to the start of the next session of classes. Once the student is automatically enrolled in a session and payment is processed, reimbursements will not be provided for unattended classes. Final drop dates and session start dates are posted at the gym, in our weekly emails, and on our social media accounts.

ATTENDANCE POLICY
We kindly ask that you contact Golden Dreams in advance to notify our staff if your child will be absent. This allows our coaches to make the necessary adjustments to schedules and lesson plans to ensure a smooth class.

Please note that we DO NOT offer make-up classes, refunds, or prorate fees for missed classes. We hold strictly to our student-to-teacher ratios and our structured programming. Allowing makeup classes disrupts these ratios and the class flow; by maintaining consistent rosters, we ensure that every gymnast receives the focused attention and high-quality instruction they deserve.

CLIENT INFORMATION
We do not release client information to any outside party unless required by law

DISCOUNTS
Golden Dreams provides a multi-student/multi-class discount of 10%. You will be charged the full amount for the class of longest duration, and the 10% will be applied to all subsequent classes.

As a Veteran owned business, we also provide a 10% discount to all active duty and veteran members. Please bring in your ID to show at the Front Desk and we will apply a discount to your Member Profile.

HOLIDAY BREAKS
We may choose to cancel all or some classes during the holidays. You will be informed through the Member Portal of these dates as well as additional email reminders.

We will prorate Tiny Tumblers & Recreational classes for days we are closed that fall on a non-full closure week such as Memorial Day, Veteran's Day, Halloween, etc. There are no prorated days for Team.

PAYMENTS
Auto Pay is required for all members of Golden Dreams Gymnastics & Fitness. We do not accept cash or checks.
Auto-pay will be run Friday of each week to cover any outstanding fees placed on accounts.

Tiny Tumblers and Recreation classes payment terms:
Session tuition for Tiny Tumblers and Recreation classes is calculated based on 4 week cycles, 12 throughout the year, excluding the weeks we are closed.
Payments Tiny Tumblers and Recreational classes for the upcoming session tuition will be due and run through auto-pay one week prior to the start of the session.

Competitive team payment terms:
Team payments are calculated monthly.
Team tuition payments are run through the Auto Pay on the 25th of each month for the upcoming month.

PAST DUE ACCOUNTS
Golden Dreams reserves the right to refuse a student's participation in class if a past-due balance remains on the account. If an account is not paid in full by the 3rd week of the session, the student will be dropped for their class. Once full payment is received, the student will be able to resume classes.

The following actions will be taken for all overdue accounts:
· 7 days past the due balance- $10 late fee will be added to account.
· 30 days past due balance- paper statement sent to the family by Golden Dreams
· 60 days past due balance- final paper statement sent to the family by Golden Dreams
· 90 days past due balance- statement sent to the family by a Collections Agency Service. Once in the hands of the Collections Service, please make payments to the agency.
· A processing fee of $15 will be added to the amount for all returned items due to insufficient funds.

GYM ATTIRE
What to wear:
· Girls in gymnastics should wear a leotard. Form-fitted shorts or non-footed leggings may be worn as well.
· Girls in tumbling should wear a leotard or shorts and form-fitted or tucked in shirt.
· Boys may wear tucked in T-shirts and athletic shorts or pants-slim fit is best.
· Adults may wear athletic clothing. Form-fitted clothing is best.
· Hair should be pulled neatly and securely away from the face so that it stays up for the entire workout. Loose pieces should be secured with a headband or clips.

Please avoid:
· No midriff tops. The stomach must be covered for spotting and safety purposes.
· No Loose clothing. It is a safety risk for athletes because it can get caught on equipment or while being spotted.
· No buttons or zippers. These can get caught on equipment or pushed uncomfortably into the participant's body while on equipment.
· No socks or shoes. They can cause a participant to slip while performing skills. Grip socks only please.
· No jewelry, watches or smart watches. Stud earrings would be acceptable.
· No bows or other large hair ornaments. They can cause discomfort during activity.

GENERAL GYM POLICIES
Personal items should be left in cubbies, including phones, with any items of value left at home or with parents. We also encourage students personal items to be marked with their name. Golden Dreams staff are not responsible for items that may be lost or stolen.

Phones/smart watches should not be checked during class time. If you know that you will need to get a hold of your child during class time, please inform the coach and/or front desk and we can be your main point of contact for reaching them.

Children are not permitted to play on the equipment before or after their class. This also applies to siblings or friends who may be in the gym to pick up/drop off/watch. Children are only allowed on equipment when supervised by a coach, otherwise, injury may result, and we at Golden Dreams practice safety first!

We, the staff of Golden Dreams Gymnastics and Fitness recognize our obligation to make our students and their parents aware of the risks and hazards associated with the sport of gymnastics, trampoline, tumbling, acrobatics, dance, functional fitness and all other activities in our facility including classes, birthday parties, night/morning out, open gym, day camps, etc. Students may suffer injuries, possibly minor, serious, or catastrophic in nature. Gymnastics, trampoline, tumbling, acrobatics, dance, functional fitness can all be dangerous and can lead to injury. Participants and/or parents or should be aware and/or make their children aware of the possibility of injury and follow and/or encourage their children to follow all the safety rules and the coach/staff instructions. Golden Dreams Gymnastics & Fitness, its coaches and other staff members, will not accept responsibility for injuries sustained by any student during the course of gymnastics, trampoline, tumbling, acrobatics, dance, functional fitness, open gym, birthday parties, night/morning out, day camp or in the case of any exhibition, competition, or clinic in which he or she may participate while traveling to or from the event.

With the above in mind, and being fully aware of the risks and possibility on injury involved, I consent to have myself, child or children participate in the programs offered by Golden Dreams Gymnastics & Fitness. I, my executors, or other representatives, waive and release all rights and claims for damages that I or my child may have against Golden Dreams Gymnastics & Fitness and/or its representatives whether paid or volunteer. I also affirm that I now have and will continue to provide proper hospitalization, health, and accident insurance coverage which I consider adequate for both myself and/or my child's protection. I also understand that it is my responsibility to be aware of or to warn my child about the dangers of gymnastics and injury. Parents should warn the child/children according to what the parent feels is appropriate. Golden Dreams Gymnastics & Fitness will only warn the child/participant through Safety Messages and our teaching style and progressions.
I fully understand that Golden Dreams Gymnastics and Fitness's staff members are not physicians or medical practitioners of any kind. With the above in mind, I hereby release Golden Dreams Gymnastics and Fitness's staff to render first aid to myself, my child or children in the event of any injury or illness, and if deemed necessary by Golden Dreams Gymnastics and Fitness's staff to call our doctor and/or to seek medical help, including transportation by a Golden Dreams Gymnastics and Fitness staff member or its representatives, whether paid or volunteer, to any health care facility or hospital, or the calling of an ambulance for myself or child should Golden Dreams Gymnastics and Fitness staff deem this to be necessary.

Media/Social Media Waiver:
By attending any class or event at Golden Dreams Gymnastics & Fitness, you are agreeing that photos and/or videos of yourself or your child may be used in print, multimedia or social media and other forms of promotional materials. Photos/videos will only be used for programs related to Golden Dreams and their related partners.
