Any dancer participating in a dance class takes certain incumbent risks. These include, but are not limited to, sprains, pulled muscles, and broken bones. Participation in The Conservatory of Movement dance classes indicates the acceptance of such risks. The Conservatory of Movement assumes no responsibility for personal injury or property lost before, during, or after class times. I will not hold The Conservatory of Movement or its staff/faculty responsible in case of accidents or injuries that occur before, during, or after dance class or performances.

Acknowledgement of Handbook’s Policies and Procedures:
The parent/guardian and student(s) acknowledge and agree that they have both read and understand the contents of the Conservatory of Movement Handbook (available at https://www.conservatoryofmovement.com/handbook). Further, parent/guardian and student(s) agree to follow all listed policies and procedures in the Conservatory of Movement Handbook.

Any photographs or videos taken by The Conservatory of Movement may be used for promotional purposes including but not limited to use on social media, print media, or other promotional purposes.

- Annual Registration Fee is due at time of registration (non-refundable).
- Tuition will be billed monthly and is due the 1st of the month. Payments received after the 10th of the month incur an automatic $15 late fee.
- Students are registering for the full school term (Aug - June), not for individual classes. Full tuition is due for the months of December and June. Tuitions are flat monthly rates except for the month of August which is prorated (equal to one-half of monthly tuition) and due on opening day.
- Tuition discounts are available for families with two or more students taking three or more classes per month: 10% discount for families with 2 students taking 3 or more classes. 15% discount for families with 3 or more students taking 3 or more classes.
- If you are NOT enrolled in Auto-Pay: December tuition is billed November 1st and due by November 10th. June tuition is billed May 1 and due by May 10th.
- If you are enrolled in AUTO-PAY: December tuition is billed November 1st and will be charged on December 1st. June tuition is billed May 1st and charged on June 1st.
- Missed classes cannot be deducted from the regular monthly tuition fee. No tuition is deducted for snow days or other cancellations. Classes may be made up at your convenience. Majors level RAD syllabus classes cannot be made-up. Please ask any staff member for suitable times and days.
- All students are expected to participate in our annual Spring Recital and the following fees must be paid by their due dates in order to participate: Recital Fee (per family, includes one comp ticket), Costume Fee (per class enrolled). If you are enrolled in Auto-Pay, fees will automatically be charged on the 1st of the month. Professional photographs in recital costumes are held at the studio in June (optional): fees paid directly to photographer. Tickets to attend the recital are purchased through the Pioneer Center box office.
- Many students will participate in our RAD ballet and/or Rambert Grades contemporary exams. Please confirm participation with class instructor as not every class/student participates each year. The following fees must be paid by their due dates in order to participate in RAD/Rambert exams (if applicable): Exam Fee, Coaching Fee. If you are enrolled in Auto-Pay, fees will automatically be charged on the 1st of the month.

If a student wishes to discontinue classes, written notice must be given to the studio office one month prior to withdrawal. If one month's notice is not received, a withdrawal fee in the amount of one month's tuition is required. Please email admin@conservatoryofmovement to notify of withdrawal.
