Any dancer participating in a dance class takes certain incumbent risks. These include, but are not limited to, sprains, pulled muscles, and broken bones. Participation in The Conservatory of Movement dance classes indicates the acceptance of such risks. The Conservatory of Movement assumes no responsibility for personal injury or property lost before, during, or after class times. I will not hold The Conservatory of Movement or its staff/faculty responsible in case of accidents or injuries that occur before, during, or after dance class or performances.

Any photographs or videos taken by The Conservatory of Movement may be used for promotional purposes including but not limited to use on social media, print media, or other promotional purposes.

- Tuition will be billed monthly and is due the 1st of the month. Payments received after the 10th of the month incur an automatic $15 late fee.
- Students are registering for the full school term (Aug - June), not for individual classes. Full tuition is due for the months of December and June. Tuitions are flat monthly rates except for the month of August which is prorated (equal to one-half of monthly tuition) and due at on opening day.
- If you are NOT enrolled in Auto-Pay: December tuition is billed November 1 and due by November 10th. June tuition is billed May 1 and due by May 10th.
- Missed classes cannot be deducted from the regular monthly tuition fee. No tuition is deducted for snow days or other cancellations. Classes may be made up at your convenience. Please ask any staff member for suitable times and days.
- The following fees must be paid by their due dates in order to participate in our annual Spring Recital: recital fee, costume fees. If you are enrolled in Auto-Pay, fees will automatically be charged on the 1st of the month.
- The following fees must be paid by their due dates in order to participate in RAD/Rambert exams (if applicable): exam fees, coaching fees. If you are enrolled in Auto-Pay, fees will automatically be charged on the 1st of the month.

If a student wishes to discontinue classes, written notice must be given to the studio office one month prior to withdrawal. If one month's notice is not received, a withdrawal fee in the amount of one month's tuition is required.
