I acknowledge and agree that tuition fees for the upcoming dance season will now be automatically processed on the 25th of each month, prior to the start of the next month.

This is a change from previous seasons, and by signing this waiver, I confirm that I have been made aware of and accept this updated payment schedule.

I understand that it is my responsibility to ensure my payment method on file is current and has sufficient funds available on the processing date.
