Monthly tuition is required for all students.
Tuition will be posted on the 28th of every month. Tuition is due by the 1st and a $15 late fee will be applied to your account on the 7th if tuition isn't paid. We recommend auto pay for all families, but isn’t required. Auto-pay will be ran on the first of every month. You may pay by check or cash as well in studio. Our dance season runs for 10 months out of the year with a tuition structure based on at least 32 meetings per class over the course of the season. Short months (with only 3 classes) will be balanced by longer months (5 classes) to fulfill the structure of 32 meetings per class from August through May (the final bill is made on May 1st each season). All accounts require a credit card on file in order to register for classes.

A once per school year, non-refundable $30 registration fee is due at the time of registration.
There is a $60 recital fee due in the month of February ($30 for second student).
Recital costume fees are $100 per costume.

For dancers who are new to MDC, trials/evals are available by appointment only. To schedule a trial please contact mvmtdanceinfo@gmail.com

A $35 NSF fee will be charged for any declined card payment.
MDC does not offer any refunds. This includes but is not limited to: Registration Fees, Costume Fees, Competition Fees, Tuition, Late Fees, Recital Tickets, Misc. Fees, Dancewear, and all other fees acquired to your account.
We require 30 days notice for withdrawal from a class. For example, if you withdraw from a class December 5th you will still be charged January 1st tuition. Once choreography for the May recital has begun in January, students are strongly encouraged to stay enrolled in the class.
There are no make-up classes if a dancer misses class.
We will follow the Coweta County School System calendar for dates that we are closed.
Classes must have 3 or more students registered for the class to continue.

For our dancers that are in Junior classes and up, we have a drop off only policy. Parents should plan to wait in their car, outside or are able to leave and run errands. Our dancers ages 2-6 may have ONE parent wait in the lobby during their class time. Please note that our lobby is very small. If you have more than one person (or other children) it is encouraged for you to wait outside in your car or on our benches. We do not want to disrupt any of the classes that are going on.


SUMMER CAMPS AND CLASSES
Fee is due at time of registration. All fees are nonrefundable.

Release of Liability
As the legal parent or guardian, I release and hold harmless MOVEMENT DANCE LLC, its owners and operators from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action whatsoever, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the participant and/or the undersigned, while in or upon the premises or in route to or from any of said premises. I understand that appropriate physical contact is required during the instruction of dance & tumbling and I give permission for instructors to make appropriate physical contact with me or my child for such instruction.


Under Georgia law, there is no liability for an injury or death of an individual entering these premises if such injury or death results from the inherent risks of contracting COVID-19. You are assuming the risk for you and your dancer by entering these premises. O.C.G.A 51-16-3
