Waiver/Release 2025-2026
I agree to hold DANCEintensity, its agents, employees, officers and directors harmless of any and all accidents or injuries, which may occur at DANCEintensity, in an alternative space used for dance or during a dance performance. DANCEintensity hereby has my permission to use my child's dance related photographs, video recordings and voice recordings publicly to promote its studio. I understand that no compensation shall become payable to me by reason of such use. Dance Intensity holds the right to turn away any person/family for any reason inclusive of but not limited to missed payments, dancer/parent behavior, etc.
Credit/Debit Authorization & Check Payments
All dance families are required to put a credit card on file for the 2025-2026 season (VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are accepted). First months tuition and registration fee(s) due at time of registration. All monthly fees will be posted to accounts on the 25th of each month prior. You may pay cash or check to Dance Intensity at the studio prior to cards being charged at 9pm on the 1st of each month for monthly tuition and any balances (inclusive of but not limited to competition fees, costumes, events, etc.). There will be a 3.05% + .30¢ fee on all credit card transactions. A late fee of $20 will apply at 9pm on the 5th of the month should you not settle your card if it was declined and cards will be re-run at this time. Failure to provide written withdrawal from a class by emailing info@danceintensity.com, will result in an auto-charge on the 1st of the month. Private lessons are charged to the card on file at the time of lesson if you do not choose to pay by cash or check. If your card gets declined for private lessons, you will have 48 hours to update card information or a late fee of $20 will apply. Bounced checks are charged a $35 fee. All payments are non-refundable.
Registration Agreement 2025-2026
A one-time $11 non-refundable registration fee per dancer is due on or before July 1, 2025 upon enrollment in our 2025-2026 dance classes. Beginning July 1, 2025, a one-time $35 non-refundable registration fee per dancer is due upon enrollment in our 2025-2026 dance classes. In order to register for a desired dance class and save your spot, you must complete online registration, pay the registration fee and first months tuition. All payments are non-refundable.
Costume Agreement 2025-2026
All dancers are required one costume per class for our annual recital performance with the exception of Intro to Dance Class and Technique and Conditioning Class. Costume payments are due November 15th. Cash, check or credit card payments accepted. There will be a 3.05% + .30¢ fee on all credit card transactions. Costumes cannot be exchanged or refunded. There will be a $10 processing/shipping fee per costume ordered after November 15th. Costume balances must be at 0 for you to receive your costumes. Additional fees may occur for any alterations needed. All payments are non-refundable.
Tuition Agreement 2025-2026
DANCEintensity's season will run September 8, 2025 through June 13, 2026 and tuition is paid for on a monthly basis by the 1st of each month with the exception of Intro to Dance which is by session. Tuition will be posted on the 25th of the month prior and can be paid for by cash or check until the 1st. If tuition is not settled by 9pm the 1st of the month by cash or check, the card on file will be automatically run at 9pm on the 1st. There will be a 3.05% + .30¢ fee on all credit card transactions. A late fee of $20 will apply at 9pm on the 5th of the month should you not settle your card if it was declined and cards will be re-run at this time. Tuition is based on a 34-class session and divided into ten equal installments for your convenience. This means the same monthly payment is due regardless of the number of classes in a particular month due to holidays and studio closings; some months will have three classes while others will have five. Classes are still paid for if your child misses class. No refunds are given if your child is absent for class however makeup classes are offered if spots are available. All payments are non-refundable.
Tuition Scale Per Month: $70 one class, $140 two classes, $205 three classes, $255 four classes, $300 five classes. $340/month for unlimited classes. Preschool Combo (45 Minutes) run on a tuition scale of $65/month. Intro to Dance (30 min class) is $180 for 3 month session. Families with multiple dancers will receive a monthly discount of $10 total off. One trial class is free. $25/dancer drop in classes are only offered if space is available. All payments are non-refundable.
Monthly Prorate & Credits: Dancers registered after the 1st of the month have the option to pay full months tuition, pay drop-in fee per class, or future enroll for the following month. All payments are non-refundable. Credits on account can be used towards Tuition payments, Registration Fees, Merchandise, and Private Lessons only. Credits will expire within 1 year of when they were given.
Snow Days/Emergency Closures: Dance Intensity has included 3 snow days per class day into their season. This means there will be no makeup days and no refunds in case our studio has to close due to emergencies or snow/inclement weather.
COVID-19: Should our studio require to close unexpectedly due to COVID-19 or any other unexpected state of emergencies, the remainder of the month's paid dance classes will resume via virtual class format. There will be no refunds, makeups or discounts applied. In case your dancer needs to quarantine as per the CDC, there will be no refunds, discounts or makeup classes. COVID-19 clause is subject to change based on CDC rules & guidelines.
Account Balances Agreement 2025-2026
Cash and check payments are acceptable for all account balances. There will be a 3.05% + .30¢ fee on all credit card transactions. To avoid this convenience fee, cash or check payments are accepted during office hours. Accounts must be at 0 for your child to participate in dance classes and to receive their costumes. All payments are non-refundable.
Private Lessons Agreement 2025-2026
Private lessons are $45/half hour & $90/full hour - split with up to 3 dancers. $15/additional dancer. Payments for private lessons are due at time of lesson and cards will automatically be run for private lesson balance unless cash or check payment is provided. There is a strict 48 hour cancellation rule for private lessons. Cancelled private lessons within 48 hours of scheduled lesson will be charged full price. If the card on file gets declined, you will have 48 hours to update card info or a late fee of $20 will apply and cards will be re-run. There will be a 3.05% + .30¢ fee on all credit card transactions. To avoid this convenience fee, cash or check payments are accepted during office hours. All payments are non-refundable.
