Welcome to Elevate Dance Academy, we are thrilled you’re joining our dance family! Below are a few policies and procedures.

Dress code: all classes are to have moveable clothing such as workout clothing, leotards, shorts, tanks and dance shoes (jazz, lyrical, hip hop, tap etc.) Please see the dress code document under dance classes.

Please email Ms. Ashley if your dancer has any specific needs such as allergies, behavioral disorders or language issues.

To grow our studio, we share fun pictures and videos of the dancers on our website and social media platforms. Please inform Ms. Ashley if your dancer should not be posted online.

In the unfortunate event of illness or injury, rest assured, we will promptly contact you to ensure your dancer receives the necessary care and attention. Please provide your phone number on your account to receive such phone calls if necessary.

Dance is physically demanding and will require good physical condition. The activities in which s/he will be asked and expected to participate in will require physical stamina, strength, and dedication. Although we focus on teaching our children safe techniques, there are occasional instances where dance may result in injuries.

Payment is due at the time of registration and must be made with a card on file. Monthly payments are non-refundable.
If you choose to withdraw from a class, you must email the office no later than the 10th of the month to avoid being charged on the 15th. Cancellations received after the 10th will still be billed for the upcoming month.
Summer Camps and Pop-Up Classes require a one-time, non-refundable fee due at registration.

At Elevate Dance Academy, we offer all-inclusive pricing for our seasonal classes. This means that tuition, costume fees, recital fees, and registration fees are all combined and evenly divided across the months of the season.
When adding an additional class or enrolling a second family member, a separate rate will be applied. This rate will be calculated and reflected after registration is complete.

I hereby release Elevate Dance Academy, its instructors, independent contractors, and all associates from any liability for harm, theft, or injury that may occur to me and/or members of my family while traveling to or from, or during participation in, any activities or programs sponsored by Elevate Dance Academy.
I acknowledge that I am voluntarily assuming full responsibility for all risks of physical injury arising from active participation in dance classes or related activities.
I understand the contagious nature of COVID-19 and other communicable diseases or viruses, and I voluntarily assume the risk that I and/or my child(ren) may be exposed to or infected by such illnesses through participation. I acknowledge that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, or death, and may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself or others, including but not limited to: employees, independent contractors, volunteers, other participants, and their families. I release Elevate Dance Academy and all of its associates from liability for any harm, injury, or death related to COVID-19 or other contagious diseases.
I understand that there are no refunds for monthly payments, summer camps, pop-up classes, or summer classes.
I agree to all policies and procedures set by Elevate Dance Academy.
I give my consent for Elevate Dance Academy to use studio-related photographs and/or video of me and/or my child for promotional purposes, including on the studio website, printed materials, and social media platforms.
I understand that I am responsible for regularly checking and reading emails sent from the studio administration and messages from the team app. I will notify the studio if I am not receiving communications.
