Please ensure tuition payment is made by the 1st of each month. A declined auto payment may result in a bank fee. $10.00 late fee applied after the 5th of the month. No refund on tuition of any kind.
Registration requires a valid credit or bank card on file, with mandatory auto pay for all students.
All fees, including tuition, costume, competition, master class, and choreography fees, are non-refundable and non-transferable. No prorated tuition .
Tuition is the same whether there are 3,4,or 5 weeks in a month. The longer months make up for the shorter months.
Tuition, Camp, Competition, Costume & Recital fees are non-refundable and not transferable.
Missed classes do not qualify for credit; however, students can schedule a makeup class within one month through the front desk.Credit is not given for missed classes. Students can arrange a make-up class within 1 month of missed class with the front desk. No pro-rated tuition for closed dates .
To participate in competitions or recitals, accounts must be current with no outstanding balances.
Tuition remains consistent regardless of the number of weeks in a month, balancing longer and shorter months.
We exclusively send email reminders for past-due balances; invoices or statements are not mailed.
Refunds are not available for any fees upon dismissal, voluntary withdrawal, or request to leave CFDC. Makeup classes will be offered without exception.
You are responsible for tuition until notifying the CFDC front desk in writing 30 days in advance of dropping classes. Prorating applies only when starting classes mid-month.
CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEE OR CONVENIENCE FEE
These fees are charged by the credit card issuer (e.g., Visa, MasterCard) and are usually a percentage of the transaction amount, which in our case is 3.5%. These fees are often set by the credit card network and vary depending on the type of card used and the nature of the transaction. Please note that CFDC will no longer be covering these convenience/merchant fees.
To avoid these fees, you can pay by check or cash before the due dates. If you choose to pay by check or cash, you will not be charged the convenience fee/merchant fee.
Bounced Check fee's will apply to Parents account from bank if CFDC
receives a bounced check
If you pay for the entire season upfront, you'll receive a 10% discount on the monthly tuition.
Recital Costume Policy:
As part of our commitment to providing a memorable recital experience, we have established the following costume policy:
Opt-Out Form: At the end of January, we will distribute an Opt-Out Form via email for families who wish to decline participation in the upcoming recital.
Recital Packet: We will send out a comprehensive recital packet via email two weeks prior to the OPT out link. This packet will include essential information such as recital dates, times, fees, and the Opt-Out link. Simple fill out the LINK to NOT participate.
Costume Charges: If you do not submit the Opt-Out Form by the designated deadline, your account will automatically be charged for the costume associated with your child's participation in the recital. We give you 2 weeks or more to fill out the form.
Important Dates: While specific dates will be provided in the recital packet, please note that the Opt-Out Form will typically be sent around the new year in January and the opt link will need to be fill out by around Feb 15th .
