PAYMENTS: Fees are paid on a term-by-term basis.
Payments are due in full at the beginning of term via Eftpos or Bank transfer (Direct Deposit), Cash or through the parent portal.

Payment plans can be set up Weekly, Fortnightly or Monthly by signing up for 'auto pay' in the parent portal, but you MUST notify head office that you wish to be placed on a payment plan otherwise the full fee will be deducted.
Auto Pay Fees:
1.81% + $0.30 per transaction for credit cards
1.00% + $0.30 per transaction for BECS

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: By accepting this waiver you are under a contractual agreement to pay your fees in full, even if the student does not continue to attend class for the rest of the term. A make-up lesson is offered when a class is missed or cancelled but must be used within the same term. There are NO REFUNDS for missed classes. By signing this form, I hereby agree to pay all term fees in full.
Student enrolment will roll over to the following term for terms 2-4 unless otherwise advised. Please let Head Office know at least one week prior to the next term if your child/children will not be returning.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK
I have informed myself, understand and am aware of the risks associated with participation in dance and/or acrobatic programs and activities including the possibility of injury. I have informed myself and understand the nature of these activities my child’s experience and capabilities and believe that my child is in good health and in proper physical condition to participate in such activities. I understand and acknowledge that the risk of injury exists in spite of all reasonable precautions that may be taken. By signing this form for my child, I hereby knowingly and willingly assume all of the risks for my child, including the risk of injury.

WAIVER
I do hereby waive, release and discharge, for myself (and for my child) and for all heirs, executors and administrators, any and all rights and claims for damages for personal injury suffered by my child against the owner, operators, coaches, and other agents of Reset Dance Studio arising from or related to my child's participation in the activities at Reset Dance Studio. However, Reset Dance Studio do hold up to date Public Liability insurance which includes floor acrobatics.

VIDEO/PHOTO RELEASE
Participants and/or their parents hereby permit the taking of photos, audio and video while using the facilities or programs at Reset Dance Studio for publications and use of marketing purposes via social media, location marketing, flyers and Reset Dance Studios website.

Code of Conduct

Reset Dance Studio provides a safe, welcoming and nurturing environment that seeks not only to instil a love of dance in our students, but to develop important life skills including – respect, commitment, reliability and teamwork. Our Code of Conduct sets out the standards of behaviour expected from everyone associated with the studio.
To ensure a happy and positive environment, it is important that students, parents, carers, legal guardians, extended friends, family members and staff understand and comply with the below.

1. Demonstrate respect for teachers, parents/carers, staff and other students at all times.
2. Try and arrive at least five minutes prior to your scheduled class.
3. Serve as a role model to children at all times, including appropriate language and behaviour.
4. Do not engage in open discussions of a mature or adult nature in the presence of children (for example, personal social activities).
5. Keep noise level to a minimum particularly when in the foyer, kitchen, toilets and outside areas.
6. Please be respectful to other tenants in the complex by keeping entrances and exits clear.
7. Be careful in the driveway & parking areas by keeping an eye on your child/children at all times.
8. Do not enter the studio unless invited by the teacher.
9. Take responsibility to read email updates and keep up-to-date with current activities and important information.
10. Please bring a bottle of water to class.
11. Supervision of siblings and other small children is required at all times, especially when going to the toilet and kitchen areas.
