The following overview summarizes the policies that govern participation in Reach For The Barres programs. I. COMMUNICATION & ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

Families are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information, emergency contacts, payment information, and student information within their Parent Portal account.

Enrollment confirmations, receipts, studio announcements, recital communications, and other important information are distributed electronically. Families are responsible for reviewing studio communications and ensuring emails from Reach For The Barres can be received.

Use of the Parent Portal and studio app is governed by the Customer Portal Policy.

II. ENROLLMENT & PROGRAM PARTICIPATION

Enrollment is subject to age requirements, program eligibility, class availability, and placement recommendations established by Reach For The Barres.

Enrollment requirements, Registration + Membership Fees, tuition obligations, continuous enrollment provisions, and withdrawal procedures are governed by the applicable Registration Policy, Tuition & AutoPay Agreement, Withdrawal Policy, and program-specific agreements.

Class enrollment is non-transferable.

Teacher assignments, schedules, instructors, and programming may be adjusted as necessary by Reach For The Barres.

III. TUITION, FEES & PAYMENT POLICIES

Tuition, fees, deposits, memberships, costumes, camps, private lessons, events, workshops, and other program charges are governed by the applicable Registration Policy, AutoPay Policy, Tuition & AutoPay Agreement, Withdrawal Policy, Camp Policies, Company Agreements, and other program-specific policies.

Families agree to maintain a valid payment method on file and comply with all applicable payment schedules and financial obligations.

Tuition and fees are generally non-refundable except where specifically stated otherwise within an applicable policy.

IV. CLASS PARTICIPATION & PROGRAM EXPECTATIONS

Dress code requirements, class participation standards, make-up class eligibility, recital participation, choreography use, private lesson participation, and program-specific requirements are governed by the applicable Dress Code Policy, Make-Up Class Policy, Recital Policy, Choreography Use Policy, and other program-specific agreements.

V. STUDIO SAFETY, CONDUCT & ENVIRONMENT

All students, families, staff, and visitors are expected to contribute to a positive, respectful, and safe studio environment.

Participation is governed by the:

Reach For The Barres reserves the right to address safety concerns, behavioral concerns, policy violations, or conduct inconsistent with studio values.

VII. STUDIO RIGHTS

Reach For The Barres reserves the right to:

• Refuse service.
• Deny enrollment.
• Adjust schedules, staffing, programs, policies, and procedures.
• Modify tuition, fees, and program offerings for future enrollment periods.
• Address violations of studio policies or conduct expectations.
• Update, revise, replace, or discontinue policies as needed.

Updated policies become effective upon publication or distribution to enrolled families.

VIII. POLICY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By enrolling in any Reach For The Barres program, families acknowledge that they have reviewed, understand, and agree to comply with all applicable Reach For The Barres policies, agreements, waivers, handbooks, and program-specific requirements.

Participation in studio programs constitutes acceptance of these policies and any future revisions communicated by Reach For The Barres.

RFTB AUTO PAY POLICY

At Reach For The Barres, AutoPay provides a convenient way to manage tuition, fees, and other program charges. By enrolling in AutoPay and providing a payment method, you authorize Reach For The Barres to automatically process applicable charges in accordance with the terms below.

♦ GENERAL AUTOPAY AUTHORIZATION

∴ By enrolling in AutoPay and providing a payment method, you authorize Reach For The Barres to automatically charge the payment method on file for all tuition installments, registration and membership fees, costume fees, private lesson fees, camp tuition, workshop fees, event fees, transfer fees, late fees, pick-up fees, and any other authorized charges associated with your enrollment in Reach For The Barres programs.

∴ Authorization applies to all current and future enrollments, registrations, agreements, and program participation associated with your account unless otherwise prohibited by law or terminated in accordance with Reach For The Barres policies.

♦ PAYMENT METHOD RESPONSIBILITY

∴ It is your responsibility to maintain accurate and current payment information, including card numbers, expiration dates, billing addresses, and contact information.

∴ Reach For The Barres is not responsible for failed payments resulting from expired cards, insufficient funds, incorrect billing information, account restrictions, or other payment method issues.

∴ Families are responsible for updating payment information promptly through the Parent Portal.

♦ FAILED PAYMENTS & LATE FEES

∴ Reach For The Barres reserves the right to reattempt any declined or failed payment using the payment method on file.

∴ A late fee of $40 may be assessed for payments not successfully processed by the applicable due date, including payments declined due to expired cards, insufficient funds, or invalid payment information.

∴ Accounts with outstanding balances may be subject to enrollment restrictions, participation restrictions, or additional collection efforts in accordance with studio policies.

♦ GOVERNING PROGRAM POLICIES

∴ Tuition, fees, deposits, memberships, costumes, camps, private lessons, workshops, events, and other program charges are governed by the applicable Reach For The Barres policies, agreements, handbooks, registration materials, and enrollment documents in effect at the time of registration.

∴ Payment schedules, season commitments, withdrawal requirements, recital fees, private lesson obligations, company fees, and program-specific billing terms are outlined in the applicable program policies and agreements.

♦ CONTINUING AUTHORIZATION

∴ Authorization remains in effect until all financial obligations associated with the applicable enrollment, program, season commitment, agreement, or account have been satisfied or otherwise concluded in accordance with Reach For The Barres policies.

∴ Withdrawal from a program does not eliminate responsibility for charges that have already been processed, assessed, incurred, ordered, reserved, scheduled, committed, or otherwise authorized on the family's behalf.

♦ AGREEMENT

By enrolling in AutoPay, providing payment information, or registering for any Reach For The Barres program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this AutoPay Policy as well as all applicable Reach For The Barres policies, including but not limited to the Registration Policy, Tuition & AutoPay Agreement, Withdrawal Policy, Camp Policies, Recital Policy, Private Lesson Agreements, Company Handbooks, Terms & Conditions, and any applicable program-specific policies.

CODE OF CONDUCT & STUDIO ETIQUETTE POLICY

At Reach For The Barres, we believe dance thrives in an environment of kindness, respect, responsibility, and encouragement. Our studio is a place where dancers build confidence, develop character, pursue excellence, and experience the joy of belonging.

To help create a positive and supportive environment for every member of our community, all dancers, parents, guardians, family members, and visitors are expected to uphold the following standards of conduct.

∴ Kindness & Respect: Dancers are expected to treat teachers, staff, fellow dancers, volunteers, families, and guests with kindness, courtesy, and respect at all times.

∴ Positive Participation: Dancers should arrive prepared to learn, actively participate, follow instructions, and contribute positively to the class environment.

∴ Effort Over Outcome: We celebrate progress, perseverance, and personal growth. Dancers are encouraged to bring their best effort to every class, rehearsal, lesson, camp, and performance.

∴ Responsibility: Dancers are expected to care for studio property, follow studio policies, and take responsibility for their belongings and actions.

∴ Bullying Prohibited: Bullying, harassment, intimidation, exclusionary behavior, discrimination, retaliation, or conduct that negatively impacts another member of the community will not be tolerated, whether occurring in person, electronically, or through social media.

∴ Respectful Communication: Parents, guardians, family members, and visitors are expected to communicate respectfully with studio staff, faculty, volunteers, dancers, and other families.

∴ Collaborative Problem Solving: Questions and concerns should be directed to the studio through appropriate channels so they may be addressed professionally and constructively.

∴ Supportive Environment: Families are expected to contribute positively to the studio culture and refrain from behavior that disrupts classes, rehearsals, performances, events, or the overall studio experience.

♦ STUDIO ETIQUETTE

∴ Classroom Access: To support focus, independence, and learning, parents, siblings, friends, and guests are not permitted inside classrooms during instruction unless specifically invited by Reach For The Barres. Designated caregiver participation classes, such as Mini & Me, are exempt from this policy.

∴ Electronic Devices: Cell phones, smart watches, earbuds, headphones, and similar electronic devices are not permitted during classes, lessons, rehearsals, camps, or performances unless specifically authorized by Reach For The Barres.

∴ Food & Drink: Only water in a sealed, non-breakable container is permitted inside dance rooms unless otherwise authorized by Reach For The Barres.

∴ Personal Belongings: Dancers are encouraged to label all personal belongings. Reach For The Barres is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended items.

∴ Studio Property: All members of the community are expected to respect studio property, equipment, furnishings, and facilities.

♦ SAFETY EXPECTATIONS

∴ All participants and visitors are expected to follow published Reach For The Barres safety policies and procedures.

∴ Running, climbing, roughhousing, hanging on furniture, or engaging in unsafe behavior is prohibited anywhere on studio property.

∴ Children not actively participating in a Reach For The Barres activity must remain under the supervision of a parent or caregiver in accordance with the Pick-Up & Drop-Off Policy.

♦ NUT & SEED AWARE ENVIRONMENT

∴ To help protect dancers, staff, and guests with severe food allergies, Reach For The Barres maintains a nut and seed aware environment.

∴ Families bringing snacks, lunches, or food items to camps, parties, rehearsals, or studio events must comply with any published food safety requirements and restrictions.

♦ STUDIO AUTHORITY

∴ Reach For The Barres reserves the right to address conduct that negatively impacts the safety, well-being, learning environment, operations, or experience of any member of the studio community.

∴ Failure to comply with studio policies may result in corrective action, including removal from an activity, suspension of participation privileges, or dismissal from a program, as determined by Reach For The Barres.

CUSTOMER PORTAL POLICY

At Reach For The Barres, we provide an online Customer Portal to help families conveniently manage their accounts, registrations, payments, and studio communications. The Customer Portal serves as the primary platform for maintaining account information and managing many aspects of your enrollment with Reach For The Barres.

∴ Each family is responsible for maintaining an active and accurate Customer Portal account.

∴ It is the account holder's responsibility to ensure that all information within the portal remains current and accurate, including but not limited to:

• Emergency Contact Information

• Email Addresses

• Phone Numbers

• Mailing Addresses

• Payment Methods

• Dancer Birthdates

• School Grades

• Medical or Allergy Information, where applicable

♦ REGISTRATION & ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

∴ The Customer Portal is used to register for classes, camps, events, programs, private lessons, and other Reach For The Barres offerings.

∴ Families are responsible for reviewing all registrations and confirming that enrolled classes, programs, and services are accurate within their account.

∴ Reach For The Barres is not responsible for issues arising from inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete information maintained within a family's Customer Portal account.

♦ POLICY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

∴ During registration, a parent or legal guardian may be required to electronically acknowledge and agree to applicable Reach For The Barres policies, agreements, waivers, handbooks, and program requirements.

∴ Submission of a registration through the Customer Portal constitutes acknowledgement and acceptance of all applicable policies and agreements associated with the enrolled program.

∴ Account holders are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their login credentials.

∴ Reach For The Barres reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or modify portal access when necessary to protect account security, comply with studio policies, or maintain system integrity.

MAKE-UP CLASS POLICY

At Reach For The Barres, we understand that occasionally a dancer may miss class due to illness, family commitments, or unforeseen circumstances. While tuition remains non-refundable and is not based on attendance, we are pleased to offer limited make-up opportunities as a courtesy to support our dancers' continued learning.

♦ MAKE-UP CLASS ELIGIBILITY

∴ Make-up classes are available exclusively to dancers who are actively enrolled in a current Reach For The Barres recreational class program.

∴ Make-up classes are intended for occasional absences and are offered as a courtesy. They are not guaranteed and have no cash value.

∴ Make-up classes may not be exchanged for refunds, credits, transfers, discounts, or future tuition.

♦ MAKE-UP ALLOWANCE

∴ Recreational dancers may schedule up to one (1) make-up class per trimester.

∴ Make-up opportunities are non-transferable and may only be used by the enrolled dancer who missed the original class.

∴ Dancers must be actively enrolled in a paid trimester at the time the make-up class is scheduled and completed.

♦ MAKE-UP TIMEFRAME

∴ Make-up classes must be completed within sixty (60) days of the missed class.

∴ Unused make-up opportunities expire after sixty (60) days and may not be carried forward into future trimesters, seasons, or programs.

♦ CLASS PLACEMENT

∴ Make-up classes do not need to be in the same dance style as the missed class.

∴ All make-up classes must be approved by Reach For The Barres and scheduled within an age group and skill level deemed appropriate by the studio.

♦ SCHEDULING A MAKE-UP CLASS

∴ All make-up classes must be scheduled in advance through the Reach For The Barres administrative team.

∴ Make-up requests must be submitted at least one (1) day prior to the desired make-up class date.

∴ Make-up classes may not be scheduled before the original class absence occurs.

∴ Make-up classes may only be scheduled after the missed class has taken place.

♦ AVAILABILITY

∴ All make-up classes are subject to class capacity, enrollment levels, and instructor approval.

∴ Make-up opportunities are offered on a space-available basis and are not guaranteed.

∴ Reach For The Barres reserves the right to deny or limit make-up requests when a class has reached capacity or when participation would negatively impact the learning environment.

♦ CANCELLATION OF A SCHEDULED MAKE-UP

∴ If a scheduled make-up class must be canceled, at least twenty-four (24) hours notice is required.

∴ Failure to provide at least twenty-four (24) hours notice may result in forfeiture of that make-up opportunity.

♦ HEALTH & SAFETY

∴ If your dancer is ill, we ask that they remain home and return only when they are well enough to participate.

∴ Families may contact the studio once their dancer is feeling better to arrange an eligible make-up class.

♦ IMPORTANT NOTES

∴ Classes missed due to holidays, studio closures, recital activities, force majeure events, weather events, emergencies, or other studio-wide schedule adjustments are not eligible for additional make-up classes unless otherwise announced by Reach For The Barres.

∴ Reach For The Barres reserves the right to modify, limit, or discontinue make-up opportunities at its discretion when necessary to maintain class quality, capacity, safety, or operational needs.

We appreciate your understanding and partnership. This policy allows us to provide flexibility for families while maintaining the integrity, consistency, and quality of our programs for all dancers.

SEASON 12 PERMISSION TO PARTICIPATE, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, RELEASE OF LIABILITY, MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION & MEDIA RELEASE

At Reach For The Barres, the safety, well-being, and positive development of every dancer is our highest priority. Dance instruction, physical activity, performances, camps, rehearsals, special events, and related activities involve inherent risks that cannot be completely eliminated. This Agreement outlines the responsibilities, acknowledgements, permissions, and releases associated with participation in Reach For The Barres programs.

By enrolling a participant in any Reach For The Barres program, class, lesson, rehearsal, camp, performance, event, workshop, competition, outreach activity, virtual program, or studio-sponsored activity (collectively referred to as "Programs"), the undersigned parent, legal guardian, participant, or authorized caregiver acknowledges and agrees to the following:

♦ PERMISSION TO PARTICIPATE

∴ I give permission for myself and/or my child(ren) to participate in Reach For The Barres Programs.

∴ I understand that participation in dance and physical activity requires movement, physical exertion, coordination, flexibility, strength, balance, and interaction with instructors, equipment, facilities, and other participants.

∴ I acknowledge that participation is voluntary and that I am choosing to allow participation with full knowledge of the risks involved.

♦ ASSUMPTION OF RISK

∴ I understand that participation in Reach For The Barres Programs involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, slips, collisions, strains, sprains, fractures, concussions, physical injury, illness, emotional stress, property damage, permanent disability, and death.

∴ I understand that risks may arise from participation in classes, rehearsals, performances, camps, special events, travel related to studio activities, use of equipment, interactions with other participants, facility conditions, and other foreseeable or unforeseeable circumstances.

∴ I voluntarily and knowingly assume all risks, both known and unknown, associated with participation in Reach For The Barres Programs.

∴ I accept full responsibility for any injury, illness, loss, damage, expense, or other consequence that may result from participation.

♦ COMMUNICABLE ILLNESS ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

∴ Participation in group activities may increase exposure to communicable illnesses, viruses, bacteria, or other contagious conditions.

∴ While Reach For The Barres strives to maintain a clean, healthy, and safe environment, the studio cannot guarantee that participants will not be exposed to or contract an illness.

∴ I voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to communicable illnesses arising from participation in Reach For The Barres Programs.

∴ I agree to keep myself and/or my child home when experiencing symptoms of illness that could reasonably place others at risk.

♦ RELEASE OF LIABILITY

∴ To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Reach For The Barres, LLC, its owners, directors, officers, employees, faculty, independent contractors, volunteers, representatives, agents, affiliates, landlords, facility providers, sponsors, and program partners from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, losses, or injuries arising out of or related to participation in Reach For The Barres Programs.

∴ This release applies whether such claims arise from negligence, acts, omissions, accidents, illness, property loss, property damage, personal injury, or other causes, except where prohibited by applicable law.

∴ I understand that I am giving up certain legal rights by agreeing to this Release of Liability.

♦ EMERGENCY MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION

∴ In the event of an accident, injury, illness, or medical emergency involving my child, and if I cannot be reached in a timely manner, I authorize Reach For The Barres personnel to obtain emergency medical care deemed reasonably necessary for my child's immediate health and safety.

∴ This authorization includes transportation to a medical facility and treatment by licensed medical professionals.

∴ I understand that Reach For The Barres does not provide medical insurance coverage for participants.

∴ I accept full financial responsibility for any medical expenses incurred.

♦ HEALTH & PARTICIPATION ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

∴ I acknowledge that I am responsible for determining whether I and/or my child are physically, emotionally, and medically capable of safely participating in Reach For The Barres Programs.

∴ I agree to disclose any known medical conditions, allergies, injuries, restrictions, accommodations, or other information reasonably necessary to support safe participation.

∴ I understand that Reach For The Barres reserves the right to remove or restrict participation when doing so is reasonably necessary for the safety and well-being of the participant or others.

♦ PERSONAL PROPERTY

∴ I understand that Reach For The Barres is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

∴ Participants bring personal belongings to the studio at their own risk.

♦ MEDIA RELEASE

∴ I understand that Reach For The Barres may photograph, record, livestream, or otherwise capture images, video, and audio of participants during Programs and studio activities.

∴ I grant Reach For The Barres, LLC permission to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, display, edit, and create derivative works from such photographs, video, and audio recordings for educational, archival, promotional, advertising, marketing, social media, website, print, broadcast, and other lawful business purposes.

∴ I understand that Reach For The Barres shall retain ownership of all such media and related rights.

∴ I waive any right to inspect, approve, review, or receive compensation for the use of such media.

∴ I acknowledge that Reach For The Barres utilizes observation technologies, video monitoring, livestreaming technology, and other viewing methods that may capture participants during classes and studio activities, and that participant images may appear incidentally within such broadcasts or recordings.

♦ ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF STUDIO POLICIES

∴ I acknowledge that Reach For The Barres maintains published policies, procedures, handbooks, rules, and program requirements that govern participation in studio activities.

∴ I agree to comply with all current and future studio policies, including but not limited to those relating to registration, tuition, AutoPay, withdrawal, attendance, make-up classes, dress code, recital participation, studio conduct, safety, camps, private lessons, and program-specific requirements.

∴ I understand that failure to comply with studio policies may result in disciplinary action, removal from activities, suspension, dismissal, or loss of participation privileges without refund, credit, or financial adjustment where permitted under applicable policies.

♦ SEVERABILITY

∴ If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be invalid, unenforceable, illegal, or prohibited by applicable law, such provision shall be modified or limited only to the extent necessary to comply with the law, and the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

∴ The parties intend that this Agreement be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and that any invalid provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

♦ ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE & AGREEMENT

∴ I certify that I am the participant, parent, legal guardian, or authorized caregiver responsible for the participant.

∴ I have carefully read this Agreement, fully understand its contents, and understand that I am giving up certain legal rights by agreeing to its terms.

∴ I acknowledge that I am entering into this Agreement freely and voluntarily and intend for it to be binding upon myself, my child, my family members, heirs, assigns, personal representatives, and any other persons acting on our behalf.

∴ Electronic acceptance, online registration, digital signature, or participation in Reach For The Barres Programs shall constitute acceptance of and agreement to all terms contained herein.

By enrolling in any Reach For The Barres Program, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to this Permission to Participate, Assumption of Risk, Release of Liability, Medical Authorization, Media Release, and Policy Acknowledgement Agreement.

WITHDRAWAL POLICY

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to adjust your dancer's enrollment with Reach For The Barres. To maintain fairness and consistency for all families, support our faculty and staffing commitments, and allow us to effectively plan programming throughout the season, the following policy outlines our withdrawal procedures and related financial responsibilities.

♦ TUITION AND FEES

∴ All Main Season tuition and private lesson fees are non-refundable.

∴ No credits, refunds, or transfers will be issued for missed, dropped, canceled, or unused classes, lessons, parties, camps, workshops, or special events unless otherwise stated in a program-specific policy.

∴ If you enroll after a program has begun, tuition may be prorated based on your start date where applicable.

∴ Tuition secures a reserved place in a program and is not based on attendance. Once tuition has been processed, the reserved space, staffing, and program resources have already been allocated and payments are non-refundable.

∴ Withdrawal terminates only future eligible charges. Families remain responsible for all charges previously processed, authorized, assessed, incurred, ordered, reserved, scheduled, or otherwise committed on the family's behalf prior to the effective withdrawal date.

♦ CAMP CANCELLATION POLICY

∴ Full payment for camp is due at the time of enrollment and includes a non-refundable deposit as outlined in the applicable Summer Camp Policies.

∴ Withdrawals made more than 30 days prior to the camp start date may be eligible for a refund in accordance with the applicable Summer Camp Policies.

∴ Withdrawals made within 30 days of the camp start date are non-refundable, as camp enrollment, staffing, and program resources have already been allocated.

∴ Camp enrollments are subject to the cancellation and refund policies outlined in the applicable Summer Camp Policies agreed to at the time of enrollment.

♦ WITHDRAWAL PROCEDURE

To withdraw from classes or private lessons, Reach For The Barres requires a minimum of 30 days written notice.

1. Cancellation Request

To initiate a withdrawal, families must complete and submit the official Cancellation Request Form located at:

∴ Submission of this form serves as your official written notice.

∴ Withdrawal requests submitted by email, phone, text message, social media, or in person will not be accepted as formal notice.

2. Notice Period

∴ The 30-day notice period begins on the date the completed Cancellation Request Form is received.

3. Financial Responsibility

Your financial responsibility is determined by the date your completed Cancellation Request Form is received.

➤ FOR CLASSES

∴ Withdrawal requests must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the scheduled billing (AutoPay) date for the upcoming installment.

∴ If sufficient notice is provided, future eligible tuition payments will be terminated following completion of the notice period.

∴ If notice is received less than 30 days before the scheduled billing (AutoPay) date, the upcoming installment remains due and payable.

➤ FOR PRIVATE LESSONS

∴ Withdrawal requests must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the scheduled billing (AutoPay) date for the next installment.

∴ Private lessons are structured as installment payments toward a full Main Season commitment.

∴ Families remain financially responsible for the full private lesson commitment in accordance with their signed Private Lesson Agreement.

∴ Submission of a Cancellation Request Form does not eliminate responsibility for private lesson charges that have already been processed, authorized, assessed, incurred, scheduled, reserved, or otherwise committed on the family's behalf.

♦ IMPORTANT NOTES FOR CLARITY

∴ Formal Withdrawal is Required. For clear record-keeping and to prevent misunderstandings, only submissions made through the official Cancellation Request Form will be recognized as formal withdrawal requests.

∴ Non-Attendance Does Not Constitute Withdrawal. If a dancer stops attending classes without submitting a formal withdrawal request, all applicable tuition and fees remain due according to studio policies.

∴ Virtual Transition & Mandated Closures. In the event of a mandated closure, emergency order, shelter-in-place order, or similar circumstance affecting in-person operations, classes may transition to a virtual format. The standard withdrawal policy, including notice requirements and financial obligations, will remain in effect.

∴ Force Majeure. If classes, lessons, camps, performances, or events are canceled, interrupted, postponed, or modified due to circumstances beyond Reach For The Barres' reasonable control, including but not limited to public health orders, government restrictions, natural disasters, wildfires, floods, earthquakes, power outages, or other emergencies, refunds will not be provided unless otherwise required by law. Alternative programming, credits, makeup opportunities, or substitutions may be offered at the studio's sole discretion.

Welcome to Reach For The Barres Summer Camps! We are so excited for a season filled with joyful dance, creativity, and new friendships. These policies are designed to ensure a safe, organized, and truly magical experience for all our campers and families.

♦ General Summer Camp Policies (Applicable to All Camps)
By signing up for any Reach For The Barres Summer Camp, you are agreeing to the following general policies and our RFTB terms:

∴ Age Appropriateness: All campers must meet the age requirement for their chosen camp by May 1st. Please ensure your dancer is enrolled in an age-appropriate camp.

∴ Drop-Off Only: Our camps are designed as drop-off programs to encourage independence and confidence in our young dancers.

∴ Non-Transferable Enrollment: Camp enrollments are non-transferable. Camp spots cannot be given or transferred to another child, including siblings.

∴ No Early Drop-Off: We do not offer early drop-off services. Any late pickups are subject to late fees.

∴ Nut & Seed Free Studio: To ensure the safety of all our campers, we are a strict NUT + SEED FREE STUDIO. If your camper brings a snack or lunch, please ensure it contains absolutely NO seeds (including bars and spreads like sun butter) and NO nuts (peanuts, walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts/Nutella, cashews, pistachios, brazil nuts, or nuts of any kind), including nut butters and nut milks.

∴ Electronic Devices in Dance Rooms: No cell phones, smart watches (like Apple Watch), or smart earphones (like Air Pods) are allowed in the dance rooms at any time. If they are inside a dance bag, they should be turned off. If dancers are found using these in class, they will be asked to remove them and take them to front desk staff for safekeeping until camp is over.

♦ Summer Camp Withdrawal & Cancellation Policy
This policy is crucial for our planning, staffing, and securing your camper's spot. Please read carefully:

∴ Full Payment Due: Full payment for camp is due at the time of enrollment. This payment includes a $100 non-refundable deposit.

∴ Cancellation Procedures:

• Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the camp start date: You may receive a refund minus the $100 non-refundable deposit.

• Cancellations made within 30 days of the camp start date: Payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. This is because camp spots are reserved, and staffing is arranged based on enrollment numbers.

♦ Specific Camp Details
Beyond our general policies, here are some unique details for individual camp types:

∴ PRIMARY PERFORMANCE CAMP POLICIES:
• Primary Camps are 6 hours for five consecutive days (unless otherwise noted when enrolling).
• Campers should bring their own lunch, snack, and bottle of water daily!
• Primary Camps based on Movie/TV themes may include a viewing of the movie/television series/etc., but screen time will be limited to 20 minutes at most daily.


∴ MINI PRESCHOOL + KINDER CAMP POLICIES:
• All campers must be 3 years old for our mini camps, having turned 3 by May 1st.
• Dancers must be potty trained.
• Mini Camps are 3 hours for five consecutive days (unless otherwise noted when enrolling).
• Campers should bring their own snack!


∴ TWEEN/TEEN PREMIER PERFORMANCE CAMPS:
• Tween/Teen Premiere Camps are 6 hours for five consecutive days (unless otherwise noted when enrolling).
• Campers should bring their own lunch, snack, and bottle of water daily!


∴ LITTLE STARS REACH FOR THE BARRES MICRO CAMP POLICIES:
• All campers must be 2.5 years old for our micro camps, having turned 2.5 by May 1st.
• Dancers must be potty trained.
• Micro Camps are 45 minutes for three consecutive days (Monday - Wednesday; unless otherwise noted when enrolling).

♦ All Summer Camp Performances

∴ Mini Sparkler, Primary Performance, and Tween/Teen Premier Camps will culminate in weekly performances!

∴ You will be notified of your performer's show date and time. We typically host camp shows on Thursday and Friday afternoons, approximately 15 minutes ahead of the usual pick-up time, for your convenience. We do not take specific date or time requests.

♦ Safety & Conduct for All Summer Dancers & Campers

∴ Kindness + Respect: Our goal is to foster a positive learning environment filled with creativity and camaraderie for both our students and parents. You and your child agree to treat all participants of Reach For The Barres Dance Studio with kindness and respect. No bullying of any kind, verbally, physically, or otherwise, will be tolerated.

∴ Safety First: The safety of your child and other children is our top priority. Our Faculty are all First Aid + CPR Certified. You acknowledge that your child has no physical, emotional, or social conditions that would make it dangerous or unwise for your child to safely participate in our programs.

∴ Check-In and Drop-Off: Please check-in and drop-off your camper at the back door from the Parking Lot.
