Enrollment Commitment
Majestic Strength LLC is a commitment-based dance program. Enrollment is accepted on a semester basis and is not offered as a month-to-month program.
The enrollment periods are as follows:
Fall Semester (August–December): Technique development, skill progression, and preparation for the performance season.
Spring Semester (January–June): Continued instruction, recital choreography, rehearsals, performances, and end-of-season activities.
Summer Session: A separate enrollment period with its own tuition schedule and commitment.
By enrolling a student, the Parent/Guardian agrees to the full financial commitment for the semester in which the student is registered.
Students enrolling in the Spring Semester acknowledge that participation includes recital preparation, choreography, rehearsals, and performances. Enrollment during the Spring Semester is a commitment to the entire recital season.
Tuition reserves the student's place in class, instructor staffing, scheduling, choreography, and participation opportunities for the duration of the semester. Tuition is charged to reserve a student's place and is not based upon attendance or participation.
Monthly tuition payments are offered solely as a payment convenience and represent installments toward the total tuition obligation for the semester. Monthly payments do not create a month-to-month enrollment agreement.
Parents and Guardians are encouraged to carefully consider their schedules and commitments before registering, as enrollment represents a commitment for the full semester.
Recital & Performance Commitment
The Spring Semester includes recital preparation and performance participation.
Students enrolled in recital classes are expected to participate fully in all choreography, rehearsals, dress rehearsals, and performances assigned by Majestic Strength LLC.
Attendance at all scheduled dress rehearsals and mandatory rehearsals is required. Failure to attend required rehearsals may result in removal from a routine or performance at the discretion of the Studio Director.
Recital fees, costume fees, performance fees, and any related expenses are non-refundable once ordered, processed, or paid.
Routine placement, choreography, formations, casting, costumes, music selection, performance order, and recital scheduling are determined solely by Majestic Strength LLC. These decisions are final and are not subject to appeal or individual request.
Students withdrawing during the Spring Semester remain financially responsible for all tuition and recital-related obligations for that semester, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Recital Eligibility
Students must be in good financial standing and maintain satisfactory attendance to participate in recital, performances, showcases, or other studio events. Majestic Strength LLC reserves the right to withhold participation from any student with an outstanding balance, excessive absences, repeated tardiness, or failure to comply with studio policies. Any decision regarding recital eligibility shall be made at the sole discretion of the Studio Director.
Attendance & Punctuality
Consistent attendance is essential to every student's development and the success of each class. Dance is a progressive discipline, and each lesson builds upon previous instruction. Excessive absences negatively impact both the individual student and the class as a whole.
Students are expected to attend every scheduled class and arrive fully prepared, dressed appropriately, and ready to begin instruction on time.
Parents/Guardians are responsible for notifying the studio of any absence at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance whenever possible. Emergency situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Students arriving more than fifteen (15) minutes late may be denied participation for safety reasons and may be required to observe class. Missed instructional time will not be refunded, credited, or made up.
Repeated absences or excessive tardiness may result in:
Removal from choreography
Reassignment within routines
Removal from performances or recital participation
Loss of featured roles or special opportunities
Suspension from studio events at the discretion of the Studio Director
Attendance during recital preparation, rehearsals, performances, showcases, or other mandatory studio events is required unless prior written approval has been granted by the Studio Director.
Student Appearance & Dress Code
Students are expected to present themselves in a clean, neat, and professional manner at every class.
All students must arrive wearing the appropriate dance attire and footwear designated for their class.
Hair must be neatly secured away from the face before entering class unless otherwise instructed by the instructor for choreography or a specific performance.
Students should arrive fully dressed and ready to begin class. Instructional time is not provided for changing clothes or preparing for class.
Jewelry should not be worn unless specifically approved by the instructor. Long fingernails, excessive accessories, and any item that may create a safety hazard should be removed before class.
Students not meeting dress code requirements may be required to observe class rather than participate. Tuition will not be adjusted for missed participation due to dress code violations.
Required Studio Apparel
All enrolled students are required to purchase and maintain official Majestic Strength LLC studio apparel as designated by the studio.
Required apparel may include studio shirts, jackets, warm-ups, bags, or other items determined by the Studio Director.
Studio apparel must be worn when requested for:
Studio events
Community appearances
Outreach performances
Workshops
Travel
Group activities
Team photographs
Any event designated by the studio
Failure to obtain required apparel may affect a student's ability to participate in designated events.
Student Check-In & Dismissal
The safety of every student is a priority.
Students remain under the responsibility of their Parent/Guardian until properly checked into the studio according to studio procedures.
Parents/Guardians must notify the studio upon arrival for student pick-up by texting the studio or following the current dismissal procedure established by Majestic Strength LLC.
Students are not permitted to:
Wait outside for transportation.
Leave the building without authorization.
Walk to vehicles without staff approval.
Watch for arriving vehicles through studio windows.
Leave with anyone not listed as an authorized pick-up person unless prior written authorization has been provided.
Students will remain inside the building until released by a staff member.
Majestic Strength LLC is responsible for students only during scheduled class times and after proper check-in has occurred.
Studio Safety & Facility Policies
To maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment, all students, families, and guests are expected to comply with the following facility rules.
Wet, muddy, snowy, or excessively dirty shoes must be removed immediately upon entering the building. Such footwear is prohibited beyond the front desk.
Umbrellas must be stored in the designated foyer area.
Street shoes are prohibited on dance studio floors.
Only approved dance shoes may be worn inside dance studios.
Dance shoes may never be worn in restrooms.
Students may not enter restrooms barefoot. Appropriate footwear, such as slides or street shoes, must be worn when using restroom facilities.
Running, horseplay, climbing on furniture, roughhousing, or unsafe behavior anywhere in the building is prohibited.
Students must respect studio equipment, mirrors, flooring, sound equipment, furniture, and all studio property.
Parents/Guardians are financially responsible for any intentional or negligent damage caused by themselves, their student, or accompanying guests.
Food & Beverage Policy
To protect our facilities and maintain a clean environment:
Water in a sealed container is the only beverage permitted inside dance studios unless otherwise approved.
Food is not permitted inside dance studios.
Gum, candy, sunflower seeds, and colored beverages are prohibited.
Students are expected to clean up after themselves and dispose of all trash properly.
Electronic Device Policy
To maintain a focused learning environment:
Cell phones, smart watches, tablets, headphones, and similar electronic devices must remain silenced and put away during class.
Students may not text, make phone calls, use social media, play games, record videos, take photographs, or use electronic devices during instruction unless specifically authorized by the instructor.
Unauthorized photography or recording of classes, rehearsals, staff, or other students is strictly prohibited.
Parent & Family Expectations
Majestic Strength LLC believes that a positive partnership between families and the studio is essential to every student's success. Parents and Guardians are expected to support the studio's mission by fostering respect, accountability, discipline, and professionalism.
Parents and Guardians agree to:
Ensure students arrive on time, prepared, and in proper dress code.
Maintain current contact, emergency, medical, and payment information.
Read all emails, Dance Studio Pro notifications, BAND announcements, newsletters, invoices, and studio communications promptly.
Support instructors and staff by allowing them to teach without interruption.
Address concerns respectfully and privately with studio management.
Demonstrate good sportsmanship and positive behavior at all studio activities.
Encourage their student to respect instructors, classmates, and studio property.
Fulfill all financial obligations by published deadlines.
Parents and Guardians are expected to model respectful behavior at all times.
Communication Policy
To ensure consistent and accurate communication, Majestic Strength LLC communicates through the following official platforms only:

BAND (when applicable)
These are the only official communication methods used by the studio.
Parents are responsible for checking these platforms regularly for:
Tuition and billing information
Studio announcements
Schedule changes
Closures
Performance information
Costume updates
Policy updates
Events and deadlines
Failure to review studio communications does not excuse missed payments, deadlines, rehearsals, performances, or policy changes.
Text messages, Facebook Messenger, Instagram messages, personal phone calls, or other social media platforms are not official methods of communication and should not be used for studio business.
Questions, concerns, scheduling conflicts, withdrawal requests, or requests for special accommodations must be submitted through the studio's official communication channels.
Matters requiring additional discussion will be addressed directly with the Studio Director by appointment.
Parent Conduct
Parents, Guardians, family members, and guests are expected to contribute to a safe, welcoming, and respectful environment.
The following behaviors are prohibited:
Arguing with instructors or staff.
Interrupting classes or rehearsals.
Entering classrooms without permission.
Coaching or correcting students during class.
Confronting another student.
Confronting another parent or family member.
Creating disturbances during performances, rehearsals, or studio events.
Using abusive, threatening, intimidating, discriminatory, or inappropriate language.
Posting false, misleading, defamatory, or malicious comments regarding the studio, its staff, students, or families on social media or public forums.
Concerns should be brought directly to the Studio Director through the proper communication channels.
Majestic Strength LLC reserves the right to remove any individual from studio property or terminate enrollment if behavior interferes with the safety, operation, or positive environment of the studio.
Lobby & Waiting Area Expectations
The lobby is a waiting area designed to provide a comfortable environment for students and families.
To ensure the safety and comfort of everyone:
Children must be supervised at all times.
Running, jumping, roughhousing, climbing on furniture, or disruptive behavior is prohibited.
Hallways, entrances, and exits must remain clear.
Noise should be kept to a respectful level.
Studio equipment and office materials are not to be handled by students or guests.
Personal belongings should remain organized and out of walkways.
Majestic Strength LLC reserves the right to limit lobby access during classes, rehearsals, performances, or special events.
Classroom Observation Policy
To minimize distractions and provide the best learning environment, parents, family members, and guests are not permitted inside dance studios during instruction unless specifically invited by the Studio Director or instructor.
Observation weeks, parent viewing days, and special events will be scheduled throughout the season at the discretion of the studio.
Visitors & Guests
Only registered students may participate in classes.
Visitors, friends, or siblings are not permitted inside classrooms without prior approval from studio management.
For the safety of all students, guests must follow all studio policies while on the premises.
Student Code of Conduct
Students are expected to represent Majestic Strength LLC with integrity, respect, and professionalism both inside and outside the studio.
Students shall:
Follow instructor directions promptly.
Treat instructors, staff, classmates, and guests with respect.
Encourage and support fellow dancers.
Maintain a positive attitude.
Take responsibility for their actions.
Care for studio equipment and facilities.
Demonstrate honesty and good sportsmanship.
Students are expected to represent the studio positively at classes, rehearsals, performances, competitions, community events, workshops, conventions, and on social media.
Prohibited Conduct
The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:
Bullying
Harassment
Threats or intimidation
Fighting or physical altercations
Discrimination
Profanity directed toward others
Gossip intended to harm another student or family
Theft
Vandalism or destruction of property
Cheating
Possession or use of tobacco products, vaping devices, alcohol, or illegal substances
Possession of weapons
Unauthorized recording or photography
Disruptive behavior that interferes with instruction
Any conduct determined by the Studio Director to jeopardize the safety, well-being, or reputation of Majestic Strength LLC
Discipline Policy
Majestic Strength LLC is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and productive learning environment.
Failure to comply with studio policies may result in disciplinary action, including but not limited to:
Verbal warning
Parent conference
Temporary removal from class
Suspension from studio activities
Removal from choreography or performances
Suspension from enrollment
Immediate dismissal from the studio
The Studio Director reserves the sole discretion to determine appropriate disciplinary action based on the circumstances.
Dismissal from the studio does not relieve the Parent/Guardian of any financial obligations incurred under this Agreement, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Illness & Injury Policy
The health and safety of our students, families, and staff is a priority.
Students should not attend class if they have:
A fever within the previous 24 hours
Vomiting or diarrhea within the previous 24 hours
A contagious illness
Pink eye (conjunctivitis)
Head lice
Any condition that may place other students or staff at risk
Majestic Strength LLC reserves the right to require a student to leave class if they appear ill or if participation poses a health or safety concern.
Parents/Guardians are responsible for notifying the studio of any injuries, medical conditions, allergies, medications, or physical limitations that may affect participation.
Students returning after a serious illness or injury may be required to provide written medical clearance before resuming participation.
Participation while injured is solely at the discretion of the Studio Director and instructor, taking into consideration the safety of the student and others.
Emergency Medical Authorization
In the event of an illness, injury, or medical emergency, every reasonable effort will be made to contact the Parent/Guardian or emergency contacts listed on the student's account.
If a Parent/Guardian cannot be reached, Majestic Strength LLC is authorized to obtain emergency medical treatment deemed necessary for the student's health and safety.
Parents/Guardians assume full responsibility for any medical expenses incurred.
Majestic Strength LLC is not responsible for any costs associated with emergency medical treatment.
Weather & Emergency Closures
The safety of our students and families is our highest priority.
Studio closures due to severe weather, power outages, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances will be communicated through:

Studio social media when appropriate
Majestic Strength LLC reserves the right to determine whether classes will be canceled, delayed, moved online, or rescheduled.
Make-up classes are offered solely at the discretion of the Studio Director and are not guaranteed.
Studio closures do not automatically qualify for refunds, credits, or tuition adjustments.
Lost, Stolen & Damaged Property
Students are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.
Majestic Strength LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged:
Dancewear
Dance shoes
Costumes
Jewelry
Cell phones
Electronics
Water bottles
Personal bags
Money
Any other personal property
Items left behind may be placed in the studio's Lost and Found.
Unclaimed items may be donated, discarded, or otherwise disposed of at the discretion of the studio.
Media Release
By enrolling, the Parent/Guardian grants Majestic Strength LLC permission to photograph, video record, audio record, and otherwise capture the student's name, image, voice, and likeness during classes, rehearsals, performances, competitions, community events, and studio activities.
These materials may be used without compensation for promotional, educational, advertising, archival, website, print, digital, and social media purposes.
Parents/Guardians who wish to opt out of future promotional media use must submit a written request to the Studio Director. Such requests apply prospectively only and do not require the removal of previously published or archived materials.
Privacy Policy
Majestic Strength LLC respects the privacy of every student and family.
Personal information collected during registration may include:
Student and Parent/Guardian names
Addresses
Telephone numbers
Email addresses
Birthdates
Emergency contacts
Medical information voluntarily provided
Payment information
Class enrollment records
This information is collected solely for registration, billing, communication, emergency contact, studio administration, and business operations.
Majestic Strength LLC does not sell, rent, or knowingly disclose personal information to third parties except:
As required by law
To process authorized payments
Through secure third-party software necessary for studio operations, including Dance Studio Pro and other approved business platforms
Access to personal information is limited to authorized Majestic Strength LLC personnel.
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are maintained to protect confidential information.
Right to Modify Policies
Majestic Strength LLC reserves the right to amend, revise, interpret, suspend, or modify any policy, procedure, tuition rate, fee, schedule, class offering, instructor assignment, performance requirement, or operational practice at any time.
Material changes will be communicated through the studio's official communication channels.
Failure to receive or review studio communications does not exempt any family from compliance with updated policies.
Right to Refuse or Terminate Enrollment
Majestic Strength LLC reserves the right to refuse enrollment, suspend participation, or terminate enrollment whenever it determines that continued participation is not in the best interest of the student, other families, staff, or the studio.
Grounds for suspension or dismissal may include, but are not limited to:
Repeated policy violations
Disruptive conduct
Harassment or bullying
Unsafe behavior
Non-payment
Failure to comply with studio procedures
Conduct that damages the reputation or operation of the studio
Dismissal does not release the Parent/Guardian from financial obligations already incurred under this Agreement, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Owner Discretion
Majestic Strength LLC reserves the sole and absolute discretion to interpret, apply, enforce, waive, or modify studio policies on a case-by-case basis when deemed necessary for the safety, welfare, and best interests of the studio.
The failure to enforce any policy in one instance shall not constitute a waiver of the studio's right to enforce that policy or any other policy in the future.
No verbal statement, informal communication, or exception granted by any employee, instructor, or representative shall modify these policies unless approved in writing by the Studio Director.
Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
This Handbook, together with the student's registration, tuition schedule, waivers, media release, and any additional written agreements executed by Majestic Strength LLC, constitutes the complete understanding between the Parent/Guardian and Majestic Strength LLC regarding enrollment and participation.
No verbal statements, promises, or representations shall modify this Agreement unless made in writing by the Studio Director.
Acknowledgment & Agreement
By enrolling a student at Majestic Strength LLC, the Parent/Guardian acknowledges and agrees that they have carefully read, understood, and accepted all policies, procedures, financial obligations, waivers, and terms contained within this Handbook.
The Parent/Guardian further acknowledges that:
They have had the opportunity to ask questions regarding these policies.
They understand enrollment is a semester commitment and not a month-to-month agreement.
They accept responsibility for all tuition and financial obligations associated with enrollment.
They understand that participation is voluntary and involves inherent risks.
They agree to comply with all current and future studio policies communicated by Majestic Strength LLC.
They understand that failure to comply with these policies may result in disciplinary action, suspension, or dismissal from the studio.
They understand that dismissal or voluntary withdrawal does not relieve them of financial obligations already incurred, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Electronic acceptance of this Agreement through Dance Studio Pro or another authorized registration platform shall have the same force and effect as an original handwritten signature and shall constitute a legally binding acknowledgment of these terms.
