Waivers and Releases
By completing this registration and submitting payment, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions for participation in programs at Majestic Strength LLC:

1. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability
I understand that participation in dance, fitness, and related activities involves inherent risks of injury. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and release Majestic Strength LLC, its owners, instructors, staff, and affiliates from any liability for injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur before, during, or after participation in any class, rehearsal, event, or performance.

2. Medical Authorization
In the event of an emergency, I authorize Majestic Strength LLC staff to seek medical treatment for me/my child if a parent/guardian cannot be reached. I understand that I am financially responsible for any medical treatment deemed necessary.

3. Photo & Video Release
I grant Majestic Strength LLC permission to use photos and videos of me/my child for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, the studio website, advertising materials, and other media. If I wish to opt out, I will notify the studio in writing before the first class.

4. Tuition & Payment Policies
I understand that all tuition and fees are non-refundable and must be paid in full according to the studio’s payment schedule. Any missed classes are non-transferable and do not qualify for refunds.

5. Code of Conduct
I agree to abide by Majestic Strength LLC’s policies, respecting instructors, staff, and fellow students. The studio reserves the right to dismiss any participant who fails to comply with studio rules.

By checking the box and submitting payment, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this waiver and release.

Welcome to Majestic Strength LLC! By registering for classes, programs, or events, you acknowledge and agree to the following waiver, studio policies, and privacy terms. These are in place to protect our dancers, families, and staff and ensure a safe, productive, and respectful environment for all.

General Liability & Waiver
By participating in any activity hosted by Majestic Strength LLC or its affiliates, you acknowledge that dance and physical activity come with inherent risks. You voluntarily assume full responsibility for any injuries or accidents that may occur while participating in any class, rehearsal, or event, on or off premises. Majestic Strength LLC, its staff, and associated venues are not liable for any injury, illness, or loss sustained during participation.

Media & Photo Release
By enrolling, you consent to the use of any photos or videos taken during classes, performances, or events for promotional and educational purposes, including but not limited to social media, print, and web. If you wish to opt out, please submit a written request to management.

Tuition, Payments, and Fees
All tuition and fees must be paid promptly. Payments are due as scheduled, and late fees will be applied where stated.
There are no refunds for missed classes, dropped classes, or early withdrawals.
A $60 per-class drop fee will apply if you choose to withdraw from a class.
If a class is dropped near a performance, you may be subject to a reblocking fee, at the owner’s discretion, to accommodate necessary changes to routines and formations.
Make-up classes are not guaranteed and are granted at the owner’s discretion.

Attendance & Class Expectations
All absences must be reported at least 24 hours in advance, unless due to emergencies.
Classes leading up to any performance, showcase, or recital are mandatory unless you receive prior approval from the director.
Regular attendance is expected to ensure student progress and maintain ensemble integrity.
Recital, Showcase, and Performance Policies
Students participating in any performance must attend scheduled rehearsals.
Costumes, recital fees, and other performance-related expenses must be paid in full by the posted deadlines to avoid delays or removal from routines.
All performance lineups and show orders are determined at the discretion of the artistic team and may not be altered upon request.

Code of Conduct
Students and families are expected to treat all staff, students, and guests with respect and kindness.
Disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior (in person or online) will not be tolerated and may result in dismissal from the studio with no refund.
Parents and guardians are expected to support the educational and creative mission of Majestic Strength LLC by reinforcing punctuality, commitment, and a positive attitude at home.

Communication
All official communication is sent via email. Please ensure your contact information is current.
It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to check for studio updates, newsletters, and reminders on a regular basis.
Questions, concerns, or scheduling conflicts should be communicated directly to the studio in a timely, respectful manner.

Privacy Policy
Majestic Strength LLC respects your privacy.
We collect personal information (such as names, contact info, student birthdates, emergency contacts, and payment details) solely for registration, billing, communication, and internal administrative purposes.
This information is never sold, shared, or distributed to any third-party service or organization without your explicit consent, unless required by law.
Access to student data is restricted to authorized Majestic Strength LLC personnel only.
We use secure third-party platforms (such as DSP) to process and store your data, and we are committed to maintaining the safety and confidentiality of your information.
