I give my permission for the teacher/s to administer First Aid and seek emergency medical assistance if necessary. I understand that I, my child or children participate in all Robinvale & District Ballet Guild activities at my/their own risk. I acknowledge that dancing is a strenuous activity from which injuries could arise. Robinvale & District Ballet Guild, and our teachers are NOT LIABLE for personal injuries, or loss of, or damage to personal property. I understand that some physical contact from the teaching staff may be required for corrective purposes.
