CLASS ATTIRE
Preschool Ballet - Leotard, Skirt/Tutu is optional, Pink Ballet Shoes
Tap/Ballet Combo – Leotard, Skirt/Tutu is optional, Pink Ballet Shoes, Black Tap Shoes
Jazz/Ballet/Lyrical Classes – Leotard, Athletic Style Bra Tap, Skirt or Athletic Shorts, Tan Jazz Shoes/Pink Ballet Shoes/Tan Lyrical Shoes
Clogging Classes - Athletic Shorts/Pants and Shirt, White Clogging Shoes
Hip Hop and Pom Classes - Athletic Shorts/Pants and Shirt, Tennis Shoes
ABSOLUTELY NO JEANS
Please send dancers with their own water bottles, labeled with their name, to drink out of. Water only. Absolutely no soda, coffee, or sugary drinks. Each dancer will have a personal cubby to keep shoes, dance bags, and water bottles in.
Dancers will enter class through the side, blue door and exit through the front, glass door of the room they are in. This helps keep the flow of traffic uncluttered.
We do ask that parents drop off their children and leave during their classes. When parents stay, they become a distraction to other dancers in the studio when our instructors are trying to teach. We will host a parent watch week later in the fall once everyone is in a routine.
If a child is behaving in a way that is a distraction to the other dancers, they will be removed from class and parents will be notified. If this happens frequently, we will remove the dancer for the season.
TUITION/COSTUME DEPOSITS
Payment will be due by the 10th of each month unless the 10th falls on a day that we are not in session. In that case, payment will be due on the next open studio day. After the 15th, a $10 late fee will be applied to your balance. All costume deposits will be due by October 31st. Recreational costume deposits are $75/dancer/class. This usually covers almost all of the costumes for most classes except hip hop. Usually, our hip hop teams have a bit of a remaining balance because we must order matching shoes with their costumes, where other styles purchase their style of shoe at the beginning of the season and use them for class.
The remaining balance for costumes will be sent out sometime after the new year as we begin ordering and getting costumes out together for the Spring Recital.
Competition team registration was completed this summer. Throughout this season, we may send out personal emails to parents regarding recreational kids that we think are thriving in class and would fit into our competition program next season.
Registration fees and costume fees are nonrefundable. If we have to cancel any certain class for more than 2 sessions in a month, we will refund tuition based on the amount of classes missed in the form of credit on your DSP account. EX.- Monthly tuition of $40. Canceled 2 of 4 classes. $20 credit will be put on account.
Our Holiday Show and our Spring Recital dates for the 25/26 Season are on the calendar. There is a fee due for each of those due in December and April.
