**DEHNER ELITE ARTS LLC
STUDIO & ACADEMY PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT**
This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Dehner Elite Arts LLC, including its studio programs and Dehner Elite Arts Academy (DEAA) (collectively referred to as the “Studio/Academy”), and the undersigned participant or parent/legal guardian (“Participant” or “Parent/Guardian,” if the Participant is a minor).
By enrolling in any class, program, event, or academic service offered by Dehner Elite Arts LLC or Dehner Elite Arts Academy, the undersigned agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. Assumption of Risk & Liability Release
a. I acknowledge that participation in Studio and Academy activities—including but not limited to dance, musical theatre, fitness, creative arts, academic instruction, hybrid homeschool programming, rehearsals, performances, and events—may involve physical activity and/or the use of equipment and facilities.
b. I understand that these activities carry inherent risks, including but not limited to minor or serious physical injury, illness, or property damage.
c. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my or my child’s participation and hereby release, waive, and hold harmless Dehner Elite Arts LLC, Dehner Elite Arts Academy, their owners, officers, employees, instructors, contractors, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, or liability arising out of participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
d. In the event of illness or emergency, I authorize the Studio/Academy to seek emergency medical treatment for myself or my child and agree to be financially responsible for all related costs.
2. Tuition, Fees & Payment Policies
a. Tuition Obligation
I agree to pay all tuition and fees associated with enrollment in Studio and/or Academy programs. Tuition is billed monthly unless otherwise stated.
b. Due Dates & Late Fees
Tuition is due on the 1st of each month and is considered late after the 8th. A $15 late fee will be applied after the 8th. Accounts unpaid by the 15th may result in suspension of participation until payment is received.
c. Auto-Pay Requirement
All non–Step Up families are required to remain on automatic payment while enrolled as of August 1st 2026.
d. Step Up for Students (SUFS)
Families utilizing Step Up for Students scholarships must maintain an active and approved award. Tuition may be temporarily adjusted and will be marked paid once funds are received. Families are responsible for any balances not covered by the scholarship.
e. Non-Refundable Payments
All payments—including tuition, registration fees, materials, and program fees—are non-refundable, regardless of absences, withdrawal, illness, or schedule changes.
3. Attendance & Participation Commitment
a. I understand that consistent attendance is essential for student progress, safety, and group instruction.
b. Missed classes or academic days do not result in tuition credits or refunds. Makeup opportunities are not guaranteed.
c. Students enrolled in the Academy must arrive prepared with all required materials, including curriculum, laptop/tablet, and supplies.
4. Media Release
I grant permission for Dehner Elite Arts LLC and Dehner Elite Arts Academy to photograph, record, or otherwise capture my or my child’s image during participation. These materials may be used for educational, promotional, marketing, or archival purposes without compensation.
5. Code of Conduct
I agree to adhere to all Studio and Academy policies, including behavior, safety, academic integrity, and respectful conduct.
Disruptive behavior, bullying, inappropriate language, repeated non-compliance, or safety violations may result in disciplinary action, suspension, or dismissal without refund.
6. Withdrawal & Unenrollment
a. Written notice is required at least 14 days prior to the start of the next billing month to avoid being charged.
b. Withdrawal does not eliminate financial responsibility for any current or outstanding balances.
7. Termination by Studio/Academy
Dehner Elite Arts LLC reserves the right to terminate enrollment at any time for non-payment, policy violations, behavioral concerns, or failure to meet participation requirements. Termination does not waive outstanding financial obligations.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
9. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
10. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the full and complete understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, written or verbal.
