By enrolling in our auto-pay system, you authorize the studio to charge your designated card on the 1st of each month for your monthly tuition and fees. Our payment software applies a 2.5% convenience fee for using the autopay with the credit card option. Alternatively, tuition can be paid for in person at the front desk using Cash, Check, or Zelle. Please inform Ms. Jackie of your preferred monthly payment method. Thank you!
Please read carefully:
1. Registration Fee: The annual registration fee per family is $50.00. This fee is non-refundable. The dance season begins in mid-August and ends in late May.
2. Student Tuition: Tuition is due on the 1st of each month. Tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable. When there is a month where there are 5 weeks, you will still be charged your normal 4-week monthly tuition. Therefore, we will charge as normal during a month when there are days off such as (Spring Break). We are closed for that whole week. You are not overpaying or underpaying, you are getting an equal amount of classes for the season.
3. Tuition Late Fee Policy: After 7 days, there will be a $10 late fee applied to your account and an additional $5 late fee charged for every week tuition is not paid in full.
4. Late Pickup Policy: Students who are picked up from class 15 minutes late will be charged a $5.00 late fee. There is a 14-minute grace period. After 30 minutes, there is a $10.00 late fee. After 45 minutes there is a $20.00 late fee. After 1 hour there is a $30.00 late fee. Please call and notify the front desk if you will be running late.
5. Student Absences: If a student is sick or unable to attend class, he or she can make up their missed class(es) at any time during the calendar month of that missed class. You may choose an alternative class from your students’ current age group or a class from the age group younger than your dancer. Please notify the front desk ahead of time. The makeup class forms will be at the front desk to fill out.
6. Photos, videos, or audio recordings taken during classes or events become the property of Delray Beach School of Dance, which reserves the right to use those items for marketing and publicity purposes. Your agreement below indicates your understanding and acceptance of this policy.
7. I understand that participation in all dance classes and lessons is at my own risk, and I release the dance studio, owner, and instructors from any liability.
