As a condition of enrolment at Dance Xplosion, students and
their parents or guardians agree to abide by all the policies set forth by Dance Xplosion, its
director, faculty, and staff. Dance Xplosion reserves the right to terminate any student’s
enrolment at any time for misconduct or inappropriate actions by either the student or his or
her parent(s). All Policies, procedures and information is published within the Dance Xplosion
parent handbook. The Dance Xplosion parent handbook may be updated as necessary
throughout the year at which time an updated copy will be published and emailed to parents

TUITION AND PAYMENT AGREEMENT
I understand that the child attends at their own risk and no responsibility will be taken for any
injury incurred whilst in class, at the venue or travelling to and from the studio (Initial)_______
