I agree to waive and release Stars Studios, Justine Torres, its representatives, successors, and/or assigns, of any claim of any nature whatsoever, including, but not restricted to loss, injury, damage, harm or the like, whether to person or to property, regardless of the cause, arising out of the participation by myself (and/or child) in an authorized studio event. I further agree to hold harmless from any liability, and agree to indemnify Stars Studios, Justine Torres, from any loss sustained arising out of the participation by myself (and/or child) in any studio event.

Consent is hereby given to Stars Studios, its agents, chapters, assignees, and cooperating entities to use any member's name, picture, portrait, audio, or video tape recording in any media for editorial, educational, or promotional purposes for advertising or for the solicitation of contributions.
