To maintain consistent class sizes and proper staffing, Theory Dance requires all families to follow our monthly tuition drop policy as outlined below: Drop Notice Requirement: If you wish to withdraw your dancer from any class, you must submit written notice before the 1st of the upcoming month. Example: To avoid being charged for October, you must notify us by September 30th. Drop notices received on or after the 1st of the month will apply to the following month, and you will still be responsible for that month’s tuition. How to Drop: Drop requests must be sent via email to info@theorydance.org Verbal drop notices given to instructors or staff will not be considered official. No Refunds or Credits: Tuition is non-refundable once charged. No credits or refunds will be given for missed classes, absences, or partial months after the 1st. Theory Dance Refund Policy At Theory Dance, we value consistency and commitment in our programs. Please review our refund policy carefully: All tuition payments are non-refundable once processed. Tuition is charged on the 1st of each month. If you need to drop a class, written notice must be submitted before the 1st to avoid being charged for the upcoming month. We do not offer refunds, credits, or prorated tuition for missed classes due to illness, travel, holidays, or other personal reasons.
