I have had sufficient opportunity to read this entire document. I have read and understood it, and I agree to be bound by its terms. I understand that Payment must be made in full upon registration for Summer Camp . Fees are non-refundable unless written notice is given to the administrator no less than 4 weeks before the camp start date. If there is a medical reason for the withdrawal, a doctor's note must be provided. An $85.00 administrative fee will be charged and is non-refundable for all withdrawals. NO EXCEPTIONS.
