I, the undersigned, hereby grant London Performing Arts Academy (LPAA) the right to use my image, voice, and likeness in any photographs, video recordings, or other media taken during LPAA events or classes. I understand that these materials may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media platforms, website content, brochures, and other marketing materials.

I acknowledge that my participation in these activities is voluntary, and I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or any related materials. I understand that LPAA will not provide any compensation for the use of my image or likeness.

I release LPAA and its representatives from any claims, demands, or liabilities arising out of or in connection with the use of my image, voice, or likeness as described above.

I confirm that I am at least 18 years of age, and I have read this waiver and fully understand its contents.

If I am signing on behalf of a minor, I affirm that I am the parent or legal guardian of the minor and have the authority to grant this consent.
