Studio Policies ● Tuition is due the 1st of every month. Tuition will be charged automatically with the credit card/bank account on file. Any unpaid tuition by the 10th of each month will be assessed a $10 late fee. If a payment account is declined more than three times, a $5 declined fee will be assessed. ●There is a non-refundable Annual Family Registration Fee of $39. This is a fee for every family due at enrollment at the start of every dance season. ● We require a valid credit card/bank account to keep on file for monthly tuition. I authorize B2 Dance Complex to charge this card/bank account for monthly tuition and in the event that I have a past due balance on my account. I understand that I will not be given any additional notice prior to the card/bank account being charged. ● I understand there is a processing fee of 3.05% + $0.35 applies to all tuition payments made via credit or debit card (auto pay included). There is no processing fees for payments made using an ACH/bank account. ● Monthly tuition is calculated on a 9 month dance season (Sept-May). Tuition is the same amount each month. The 9 month dance season factors in holidays and variable days in each month. ● We do not offer refunds for classes that are canceled due to unforeseen weather, emergencies, or missed classes for personal reasons. Students are allowed to make up in another similar class within 4 weeks of the missed class. Please contact the studio for which classes are available for make-ups. ● We require two weeks' notice in writing to withdraw from classes. Monthly payments will be continued to be charged until written notice is received. ● All refunds are subject to a 5% processing fee, which will be deducted from the total amount returned. The 6-week program is non-refundable. By signing below, you, the Parent or Guardian of the above student(s), agree to lease B2 Dance Complex, including instructors and assistants from liability for any and all injuries which may occur while training, practicing, performing, or during any studio event or activity. You agree that you are responsible for health and accident insurance and any medical costs incurred due to injury. You give permission for emergency medical transportation and treatment of your student at your expense should the need arise. Further, you acknowledge that because of the physical nature of dance there may be appropriate physical contact between the teacher and students and occasionally between students. You understand that physical contact is required and necessary for proper dance instruction. You give your permission for the public display of any studio visual images that your child may appear in. You authorize B2 Dance Complex to charge the credit card/bank account for agreed upon purchases. You understand that your information will be saved to file for future transactions on your account.
