Tuition & Fees Policy:
When you register, there will be a $35 (non-refundable) Fall Registration fee. Tuition is due on time at the 1st up to the 7th of every month. If for any reason tuition is past due, there will be a $20 late fee. Costume, competition, and any other fees must be paid in full before the recital and/or competition performance or your dancer will not perform. Tuition is not refunded for classes missed due to personal reasons, inclement weather closures, power outages, holiday breaks, rehearsals, competitions and recital. Tuition will only be refunded on a case by case basis. Competition fees are also non-refundable. There will be a convenience/credit card fee for online payments to cover charging services. If a check is bounced or kicked back for any reason, there will be a $40 check return fee. Once you have had one check bounce/kick back, you will be required to make all payments by cash only, no exceptions. If a student is to be dropped from a class or program, patrons are responsible for dropping their own child from classes and programs and must notify the studio before the next months tuition is charged. If a child is is not dropped by their parent or guardian with proper notification to the office, patrons will be charged full tuition, no exceptions. If for any reason, balances have not been made by the date given by the studio director, services will be suspended until the balance is paid in full.

Liability & Release:
I here by agree that Turn It Out Dance LLC is not liable for any injuries that may occur in the dance space as this is a physical activity that requires strenuous effort and energy that may put the body at risk. I also agree to listen to the directions of the teacher/choreographer and inform the teacher/choreographer of any condition that might endanger self or others. I agree to release and hold harmless Turn It Out Dance LLC and their teachers, choreographers and staff of any personal property damage/loss that may occur before, during or after classes as well as outside functions held by Turn It Out Dance LLC. In addition, I also consent to Turn It Out Dance LLC posting photos and/or videos of me/my child on social media as they will be used professionally.
I have read the terms and agreements, affirm and volunteer to participate in this activity with the full intent of releasing the provider of liability for injury or loss due to the inherent risks of the activity or due to the ordinary negligence of the provider.
