I further understand that there are specific risks of physical or property damages, losses, or injury that may result from my or my child's participation with, Just 4 Kicks Karate & Dance Dundas and I voluntarily assume the risks associated with such participation.
I accept that Just 4 Kicks Karate & Dance Dundas, their instructors and staff are not held responsible for any physical injury caused to myself or my child on the premises. 
I also understand that Just 4 Kicks Karate & Dance Dundas strives to be a safe space, an inclusive place where anyone can dance, express and connect with themselves and others, without fear of being made to feel uncomfortable, unwelcome or unsafe on the basis of race, religion, ethnicity, biological sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, cultural background, age, physical or mental ability, physical appearance or socioeconomic status.
