Payments & Policies:

Online through our Parent Portal with PayPal (4.25% Processing Fee active June 2 2024)
2025/26 Season
Registration Fee: There is a registration fee charged to each family at the start of each yearly season ($60/dancer or $90/family + GST). Registration Fees are due at time of registration. Registration fees are non-refundable, no exceptions.
Tuition Fees: Upcoming Tuitions Fees will be posted monthly to your online parent portal account by the 20th of the previous month. Fees are due on the 1st of the corresponding month.
For Example: October fees will be posted by September 20th. October fees are due on October 1st.
*Ages 5 and under: May opt out of a full month in advance if the office is notified by email by the 20th of the previous month (coupedanceandco@gmail.com). Your spot in class is not guaranteed for following months if you opt out of class, as it will go to the next dancer on our waiting lists.*
Winter Costume Rental Fee: There is a Winter Costume Rental Fee of $30 (GST included)/recreational class (Due November 1)
*These costumes will be borrowed and returned to the studio.*
Spring Costume Fee: There is a Spring Costume Fee of $80 + GST/recreational class (Due March 1)
*These costumes will be ordered for the students, and students will keep the costumes after the recitals.*
Late Fees: There is a 15% late fee on all unpaid balances, charged the day after fees are due.
Drop Class: A request to withdraw from any class must be received, in writing, no later than October 2nd, 2025. Failure to do so will result in the family being liable for paying the year's tuition fees in full. The exception to this policy is serious illness or injury in which a doctor states the dancer must stop dancing. A note from the doctor is required.
In the case of a withdrawal, in which the costume has already been ordered, the family is responsible for all fees associated with the costume. Once the costume arrives, the family will be given the unaltered costume.
Attendance: I understand that attendance of each class is expected. Should my child miss more than 4 classes I understand that they can be removed from some or all of the performance choreography.
Please Note: Students will not be able to participate in classes or performances until their tuition is paid, and their waivers are signed. No exceptions.
Cancellation: All Fees are non-refundable except for medical reason with a Doctor's Letter. Please note that all classes and camps may be cancelled in advance if there are fewer than 3 students registered. In this case, you will receive a refund, or a credit towards your next payment.
Closures: In the event of an unforeseen, extended, closure of the studio, Coupé Dance & Co. commits to quickly, and securely, setting up virtual classes for dancers to attend. Dancers commit to regularly attending the classes they are registered for. Teachers will continue to provide choreography material, and skill development, during this closure with the final outcome being a return to the studio, and participation in our scheduled recitals. Tuition will not be discounted, or discontinued during such closures, as all classes will be offered. Coupé Dance & Co. commits to returning to in-studio classes as soon as we are able.
Summer Classes & Camps:
No Registration fee for Summer Session or Camps
Dance Camps: Fees are due online upon registration for Spring & Summer Camps, or can be brought to the office in the form of cash or a cheque in an envelop with the students name clearly labeled. Your spot in camps is not confirmed until we receive payment in full.
Summer Open Classes: Fees are due online upon registration for Summer Classes, or can be brought to the office in the form of cash or a cheque in an envelop with the students name clearly labeled. Your spot in class is not confirmed until we receive payment in full.
