Main St Funk Enrolment Agreement

By completing an enrolment form (online or by hand), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined on the Main St Funk website:

You agree to:
-Follow all studio policies and procedures as communicated by Main St Funk.
-Respect that photos and videos are not to be taken during classes, to protect the safety and privacy of all students.
-Understand that Main St Funk staff may occasionally capture photos or short video clips of classes, rehearsals, and performances to celebrate our dancers and share the joy of MSF on our official social media channels, website, and marketing materials. Students will never be personally identified by full name in any public content.
-Recognise that dance, like any physical activity, carries a risk of injury. Participation in classes and events is at your own risk, and Main St Funk and its staff are not liable for injuries sustained during normal dance activities.
-Agree to behave in a way that reflects and embraces our first core value — “Dancing is our happy place.”

By submitting your enrolment, you confirm that you understand and accept the above conditions and consent to your child’s participation in classes and related activities at Main St Funk.

By enrolling with Main St Funk and attending our studio and/or events, you agree that you have read, understood and will abide by the MSF Code of Conduct, Child Safe Policy, and Policies and Procedures.
This applies to all staff, teachers, students, parents/carers, and any additional individuals who attend the studio or events (such as family members).
