I understand that DREALEE | Fitness + Dance located at #620 3860 Sherwood Drive is not liable for personal injuries, loss of, or damage to, personal property. I understand that participating in the classes at DREALEE | Fitness + Dance involves the possibility of injury. I am participating voluntarily and all risks of the classes have been made clear to me. I do not have any conditions that will limit my involvement in the class. I agree to disclose any disabilities. I have notified management if I am pregnant or get pregnant. I exempt all claims, loss or physical injury in my participation at DREALEE | Fitness + Dance.

By signing below, I have read and agree to the above as stated on this liability waiver. I forfeit all right to bring a suit against DREALEE | Fitness + Dance for any reason. I agree to hold DREALEE | Fitness + Dance free from any liabilities, including financial responsibility to injury.

In return, I will participate in the classes offered at DREALEE | Fitness + Dance. I will also make every effort to obey safety precautions as listed in writing and as explained to me verbally. I will ask for clarification when needed.

I give media use rights permission. (This includes but is not limited to: photos, video, website, on-demand videos, promotional materials such as brochures or banners, YouTube, Vimeo, Instagram, Facebook, etc).

CANCELLATION POLICY
DREALEE | Fitness + Dance has a 2 hour cancellation policy for all group classes. This includes the fitness and dance classes. For all no shows, you will be charged $25 for the class. If you are out of classes, a $25 no show fee will be charged to your account. If you have a class package, one of your classes will be used for your no show. Drop ins are welcome to take the class if there is enough space.

DREALEE | Fitness + Dance reserves the right to revise prices, terms, and conditions. Please visit our website to stay up to date with our policy and prices.

ACCOUNT ON HOLD
Your account may be put on hold for a maximum of 2 months due to injury, travel, or family emergency. A doctor's note may be required and each incident is dealt with on a case by case basis.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY
All drop in classes, class packages, and dance sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable. All previous purchases can't be used as a credit towards another class package or membership.

APPAREL
All apparel is final sale.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

FULL YEAR PROGRAMS
Registration Fees, Costume Fees, Festival Fees and the Production Fee are non-refundable. The June 2025 payment due at the time of registration is non-refundable and creditable. Cancellations must be made IN PERSON AT THE STUDIO. We do not accept cancellations over the phone or through email.

PARTIAL YEAR PROGRAMS
NO refunds. Class Credit is available if you cancel by August 1st (for Sept-Dec session) or December 1st (for Jan-April session). If you cancel after August 1st or December 1st, there is NO class credit offered. Registration fee is nonrefundable.

SUMMER PROGRAMS
NO refunds. Class Credit for other summer camps only.

MINI SESSIONS (4-10 week sessions)
NO refunds or credits.

COSTUME POLICY IF YOU CANCEL (break full year commitment)
If you cancel during the year and paid for a costume, you will still receive a costume. Please note that the costume you receive may not be the same costume that was ordered for your particular dance. It will still be of equal value.

COMMITMENT
When you sign up for a program, you commit to the entire length of your program (mini session, partial year, or full year program).

FULL YEAR PROGRAM COMMITMENT
When you sign up for a full year program, you are committing to 4 performances on a stage: The Christmas Show, 2 Dance Festivals and the Recital. You are also committing to our Photoshoot Weekend which is typically held the first weekend in March.

This fee goes toward the 3 venue rentals throughout the year and helps pay for increased rental rates, technicians, stage hands, front of house, props, etc. GST is added to pricing.


FULL PROGRAM FEES AND DETAILS

-Cancel half way through the month. That monthly installment will still be due. The following month will have no charges.

PAYMENTS DUE

DRESS CODE
All students must follow the dress code. All hair should be up and away from the face.

CANCELLED CLASSES DUE TO WEATHER
We will either set up a zoom class or the students can take a class of their choice as their make up class.

DROP OFF and PICK UP
Please drop off your child at maximum 5 min early for class. We have a small lobby so it can get quite congested during class changes. Please pick up your child on time. We understand if you're running late sometimes, but if you are consistently late picking up your child, you will be charged a fee of $25 for each late pick up.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO
By enrolling in classes and programs at Drea Lee Dance Studio, you agree that your student(s) are subject to being photographed or filmed during studio activities, including but not limited to performances, classes, rehearsals. All captured content is property of Drea Lee Dance Studio and may appear in advertisements, social media, website, or inside the property for any purpose we see fit.

CODE OF CONDUCT
I agree to the parent code of conduct as stated in the Parent and Student Handbook.

DISCOUNTS
Referral Program - If you refer a new family to our studio, we will add a credit of $25 towards the current month’s tuition.
Number of Classes - Classes are discounted based on how many hours your dancer trains per week.

Dance is a discipline that instills accountability, teamwork, and consistency. Please consider the withdrawal's impact on the rest of the class and the core values we teach our dancers. If you would like to withdraw, please come in person to the studio. We do not accept withdrawals over the phone or through email.

NO SOLICITING
Soliciting to instructors/trainers is strictly prohibited. This includes and is not limited to approaching an instructor to teach elsewhere, private lessons, etc. All inquiries must go through DREALEE | Fitness+Dance.

INJURY/ILLNESS
If your child gets injured and is unable to participate in class, a credit will be put towards their account. Please be prepared to present medical documentation. If your child gets sick for longer than one month, a credit may be issued but is based on a case by case basis. Medical documentation of the illness is required to receive credit.

GENERAL Policies
- NO OUTDOOR SHOES.
- No pets. - No gum, food or drinks in the studio.
- Parents/Guardians are encouraged to leave the studio once they drop off their kiddo.
- Phones should be on silent during class.
- Please don't drop off your kiddo more than 5 min early for class. The studio doors are locked while the current class is in session.
- Parents/Guardians are not allowed in the studio during regular class hours. Parents will be allowed to watch class during watching week.
- ALL fees are the responsibility of the parent/guardian. - If there is an issue or a concern, we encourage parents/guardians to set up a meeting with Drea as soon as possible.
- No bullying. Please speak kindly to everyone. We want to promote a safe, healthy, and encouraging learning environment for our students and fitness clients. We're here to build friendships, learn new skills, gain confidence & have FUN in class!

I, the undersigned, give permission for DREALEE ' Fitness + Dance to use video footage and / or photographs of my child. This usage may include (but is not exclusive to) displaying publicly, distributing, or publishing, photographs, and/or video of my child for use in materials that include, but may not be limited to: - printed materials (eg - brochures and newsletters) - online and offline advertising and promotion - videos and digital images such for use on Social Media. By signing this form, I acknowledge that I am giving unrestricted permission for my child's image to be used in print, video, and digital media. I agree that these images may be used by DREALEE ' Fitness + Dance for a variety of purposes and that these images may be used without further notification. I do understand that any identifying information including surname and location will not be used in conjunction with any video or digital images.

COMMITMENT
When you sign up for a program, you commit to the entire length of your program (mini session, partial year, or full year program).

**Combined level classes will take the higher level fee. Level 1/2 for example has a costume fee of $135.

PAYMENTS
Tuition Payments are due on the 1st of each month. Please sign up for AutoPay in the parent portal.

DRESS CODE
All students must follow the dress code. All hair should be up and away from the face in a bun or ponytail. Dress Code Requirements are available on our website.

MAKE UP CLASSES/CANCELLED CLASSES DUE TO WEATHER
There are no make-up classes for missed classes. If you have to miss a class due to illness, your dancer is welcome to try a different class throughout the week. If class is cancelled due to weather, we will either set up a zoom class or the students can take a class of their choice as their make up class.

LIABILITY WAIVER
I or my child/children intend to participate in classes at DREALEE | Fitness + Dance.

By signing below, I am stating that:
- I understand that participating in the classes at DREALEE | Fitness + Dance involves the possibility of injury;
- I am participating or allowing my child/ren to participate in these classes voluntarily and all risks of the classes have been made
clear to me;
- I will disclose any disabilities or conditions that I or my child/ren have which will limit our involvement in class;
- I will inform management if I am or my child/ren is pregnant before taking part in the class;
- I understand the importance of myself and/or my child/ren following the instructions and rules set by their instructors; and
- I will make every effort to obey or have my child/ren obey safety precautions as listed in writing and explained to me or my child/ren verbally.

I have read and understood the above. If I do not understand any of the above, I will ask for clarification or further information, and I will not hold DREALEE | Fitness + Dance responsible for my failure to do so. Understanding the above, I release DREALEE | Fitness + Dance, its owners, directors, officers, instructors and contractors (collectively “DREALEE”) of any and all liability which may arise as a result of my or my child/ren’s participation in activities at DREALEE | Fitness + Dance, and I indemnify DREALEE from any financial responsibility related to any such liability, including injury to myself, my child/ren or others. My signature below confirms this release and indemnity.

MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION
As the Parent of my child, if I cannot be contacted, I authorize DREALEE | Fitness + Dance, theirs owners, instructors or staff to seek medical services in case of serious injury or illness. I further agree to accept financial responsibility in excess of the benefits allowed by my health plan.

I acknowledge that participation in dance is potentially dangerous and there is an inherent risk of injury involved. In allowing my child to participate in DREALEE | Fitness + Dance activities, I hereby assume all the risks associated with the performing arts. I understand the importance of myself and my child following the instructions and rules set by their instructor/s, and I agree to release DREALEE | Fitness + Dance and it's contractors of any and all liability which may arise as a result of my child's participation in activities at DREALEE | Fitness + Dance.
