FINANCIAL & WITHDRAWAL AGREEMENT
By enrolling, I agree to the following financial policies:

1. NON-REFUNDABLE FEES I understand the following are non-refundable:

• Registration Fee ($62 + GST)

• Costume & Festival Fees

• Production & Membership Fees ($150 + GST)

• June Tuition (paid at registration)

2. WITHDRAWALS & PAYMENTS

• Cancellation: A $40 fee applies to all mid-session withdrawals.

• Late Fees: A $40 late fee applies if tuition is not paid by the 10th.

• NSF: A $25 fee applies to declined payments.

3. CONDUCT I agree to the No Soliciting policy (no private lessons outside the studio) and the Social Media Policy (no defamatory comments).

LIABILITY WAIVER & MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION
1. RISK ACKNOWLEDGMENT & RELEASE I (and/or my child) intend to participate in classes at DREALEE | Fitness + Dance.

• Voluntary Participation: I acknowledge the inherent risks of physical injury and voluntarily assume all risks.

• Rules: I agree to follow all instructor rules and safety precautions.

• Release: I release DREALEE, its owners, and contractors from any and all liability, including claims arising from negligence, or loss of personal property.

2. MEDICAL & AMBULANCE In the event of injury/illness where I cannot be reached, I authorize DREALEE to seek medical services or emergency transport.

• Financial Responsibility: I understand I am solely responsible for all costs (including ambulance fees), regardless of insurance.

MEDIA & PHOTO RELEASE
1. PERMISSION TO USE I grant DREALEE | Fitness + Dance permission to use video/photographs of myself (or my child) for:

• Social Media (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

• Website & Advertising

• Printed promotional materials

2. TERMS

• No Compensation: I will receive no financial compensation or royalties.

• Privacy: DREALEE will not use surnames or locations in conjunction with these images.

• Opt-Out: I understand I must notify management in writing to revoke this permission.

Parent & Guardian Code of Conduct

At Drea Lee Dance Studio, we are committed to maintaining a positive, respectful, and supportive environment for our dancers, families, and staff. Our studio is a place where students grow not only as dancers, but also as individuals within a strong and encouraging community.

To ensure this environment remains positive for everyone, we ask all parents and guardians to agree to the following Code of Conduct.

Respect for Staff
Our instructors and staff are trained, educated, and highly qualified professionals who work hard to support and develop each dancer.
Parents and guardians must treat all staff members with respect at all times.
Rudeness, aggressive behaviour, harassment, or disrespect toward staff will not be tolerated.
Concerns or questions should be communicated calmly and respectfully through the appropriate channels.

Drea Lee Dance Studio has a zero tolerance policy for staff abuse of any kind.

Positive Communication
We encourage open communication, but it must remain respectful and constructive. All concerns regarding class placements, policies, schedules, or programming should be directed to studio management via email or scheduled meeting.

Parents should not approach instructors during or immediately after class to discuss concerns that require longer conversations.

We ask families to avoid gossip, negative conversations, or speculation about students, staff, or studio decisions.

Supporting a Positive Studio Culture
Our studio values kindness, teamwork, and encouragement.

Parents and guardians agree to:
Promote a positive attitude toward instructors, dancers, and other families.
Support studio policies and decisions.
Model respectful behaviour for all dancers in the studio community.
Class Placements
Class placements are carefully determined by our teaching team based on where each dancer will be most successful and continue to grow.

If you have questions about placements, we are always happy to discuss them respectfully and privately with you.

Studio Environment
We work very hard to maintain a welcoming and positive space where staff enjoy coming to work and dancers love to learn. Protecting this environment is extremely important to us.

If a parent or guardian does not follow the expectations outlined in this Code of Conduct, Drea Lee Dance Studio reserves the right to determine whether the studio is the appropriate fit for the family moving forward.

Studio Operations & Code of Conduct
1. COMMITMENT & ATTENDANCE I understand that registration is a commitment to the full program duration. Consistent attendance is essential; excessive absences may impact choreography placement and performance eligibility. Tuition is based on enrollment, not attendance.

2. DROP-OFF & PICK-UP Dancers should be dropped off no earlier than 5–10 minutes before class. Please pick up dancers on time. A $25 late fee will be charged for consistent late pick-ups.

3. DRESS CODE & HEALTH Students must follow the studio dress code (hair secured in a bun or ponytail). Students who are ill must remain home. If injury/illness prevents participation, credits are handled case-by-case with medical documentation.

4. NO SOLICITING Soliciting instructors or staff for private lessons or external work outside of DREALEE is strictly prohibited. All inquiries must go through the studio.

5. SOCIAL MEDIA & CONDUCT I agree to represent DREALEE respectfully online. Negative, defamatory, or harmful comments about the studio, staff, or families are grounds for immediate dismissal without refund. DREALEE reserves the right to dismiss any student/family for disruptive or disrespectful behavior.

6. COMMUNICATION & FORCE MAJEURE I am responsible for reading all studio emails and portal updates. In the event of circumstances beyond studio control (Force Majeure), classes may be modified or rescheduled; refunds will not be issued.

7. STUDIO POLICIES I acknowledge that these policies are a summary and I agree to abide by the full Parent & Student Handbook that is uploaded in the parent portal and sent to me through email.
