You must be over the age of 18 to register for an account on the ERDC Parent Portal.

Throughout the 2024-25 Dance Season, photographs and videos of students will be taken. When photographs or videos are taken of students where individual students can be identified, the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act requires us to obtain your consent where the photographs or videos may be used for purposes outside of the studio. Such purposes may include advertising material, the studio Facebook or Instagram accounts, electronic presentations, and other publications illustrating club activities.

I hereby grant permission to Estevan Recreational Dance Club, on behalf of my child, to take and publicize photographs and/or videos of my child on their social media, websites, or advertising materials.
