Students are required to arrive on time to start their lesson promptly and, while on the premises of the studio, to conduct themselves in an orderly fashion. Tardy students may not be admitted to class. The studio is not responsible for any injuries sustained while in the classroom or on the premises. All students are expected to be picked up promptly.

We request that students not leave any valuables or money in the dressing room or elsewhere in the studio. We cannot be responsible for lost or misplaced articles.

For uniformity in class, all students are required to wear proper attire to class. For girls, only a royal blue leotard and suntan tights will be permitted in class. For boys, sweatpants and a J-J's T-shirt are required for maximum ease in movement. No jewelry is to be worn while taking class. Proper shoes are essential for freedom of movement and achievement, and students may not take class without them.

Requirements for participation in our yearly dance productions are as follows:
1. Purchase of a class costume
2. Attendance at Dress Rehearsal and Recital
3. Purchase a minimum of 3 tickets per family

There is NO videotaping at the Recital. Videotaping of your own child's classes is permitted at Dress Rehearsal. Occasionally, we may submit pictures of students to the local newspapers and use on J-J's social media for publicity reasons. Students pictures will be published unless requested otherwise.

All lessons are payable on a monthly basis at the FIRST lesson of each month. Students may not be permitted to take class if accounts are not up to date. Any account not paid up to date will be subject to a 10% finance charge. If classes should revert to virtual learning due to COVID-19, all lessons will continue on the same day and time virtually and tuition payments will continue as previously stated. There will be no tuition deductions for absences. May and June tuition are due the first week of May. There will be no deductions for studio closings.

All students, parents, and visitors are requested to keep the studio premises clean and neat. There are many children today with food allergies, so for safety's sake NO FOOD is permitted in the studio, however water bottles are acceptable.
