Annual Dance Concert (June): Costume payments will be posted to your account and are due in 2 installments.
A deposit of 50% will be due by October 25th with the remaining balance due by November 25th. Costume payments must be paid in full by November 25th with no exceptions. If your child will not be participating in the end of the year performance please contact Miss Shannon.

Costume Fees:
(30 minute class) $75 per class
(45 minute class) $85 per class
(60 minute class) $95 per class

I understand and agree that in participating in any dance class, workshop, rehearsal, or performance, there is a possibility of physical injury or death. I voluntarily agree, therefore, to assume all risks and responsibility for any such injury or accident, which might occur to me during any of Shannon's Studio of Dance Education's classes, rehearsals, performances, or activities.

I also exempt, release, and indemnify Shannon's Studio of Dance Education, it's owners, agents, volunteers, assistants, employees, guest artists, faculty members, and/or students from any and all liability claims, demands, or causes of action whatsoever from any damage, loss, injury, or death to me, or property which may arise out of or in connection with participating in any classes or activities conducted by Shannon's Studio of Dance Education.

I further hereby voluntarily agree to waive my rights and that of my heirs and assigns to hold Shannon's Studio of Dance Education, it's owners, agents, instructors, volunteers, assistants, employees, guest artists, faculty members, and/or students liability for such damage, loss, injury, or death. I understand that I should be aware of my physical limitations and agree not to exceed them.

I have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the above statement.

Tuition Payments: remain the same whether it's a long (5 week) or short (3 week) month and regardless of absences. The dance season runs from September-June. Tuition is due on the 1st of every month. Payments made after the 10th of the month are considered past due. A $20 late fee will be automatically added to a past due account.

Payments can be made online with our auto pay option upon registration. There is a convenience fee for all credit, debit card, and ACH (eCheck) transactions.

Privacy Policy: All family account information including emails are kept confidential.

We also accept cash, and money orders. Cash and money order payments may be dropped into the white payment box in the waiting area.
*Personal checks are not permitted.*

*Discounts: Payments made for the entire year will receive 10% off the total amount due. Please contact Miss Shannon via email at Shannonsstudioofdanceeducation@gmail.com if you'd like to schedule this option.
*Families with 2 or more dancers receive a 5% discount on monthly tuition.
