Waiver:
I hereby release, compensation and hold harmless Dimensions Dance Center (DDC), Director, Teachers and employees from all liabilities, suits, claims and/or demands of any kind or nature, legal or financial, whether caused in anyway by the negligence or not, arising from participation in or observation of Dimensions Dance Center, activity for injuries, illnesses including known viruses and disease, and or bodily harm to any person or property, whether on or off the premises with Dimensions taking necessary precautions to protect all. The participant named below does voluntarily participate in activities at DDC understands that certain risks are inherent to, and from participation and involvement with DDC and the various activities that we have. This includes on and off the premises.
