Waiver of Liability: I, the undersigned parent or legal guardian of the dancer(s), do hereby give permission for the aforementioned persons to participate in any and all classes, practice, programs, shows and events offered by or attended by Lisa's Dance Spot. I accept all risks associated with that participation and understand that there is a full possibility of serious physical injury or illness. I hereby covenant not to sue and waive, release and forever discharge any and all rights and claims for damages, which may arise now or in the future against Lisa's Dance Spot and it's officers, owners, directors, employees and/or other assigned representatives or volunteers from any and all liability and for any and all damages and/or injuries which may be sustained or suffered by the dancer(s) while participating at or for Lisa's Dance Spot. Furthermore, I hereby give my permission to Lisa's Dance Spot to use photographs and/or video of the dancer(s) as deemed appropriate for the promotion of Lisa's Dance Spot.
*Payment and Tuition Policy
All fees are non-refundable. This includes registration, tuition, and recital fees.
*Payment Schedule and Deadlines
Due Date: Tuition is due on the 1st of every month.
Attendance: Full monthly tuition is required regardless of how many classes the student attends.
Late Fees: Payments received after the 7th of the month will incur a $25 late fee.
*Overdue Accounts and Class Suspension
10th of the Month: Accounts with an unpaid balance will receive a final reminder. Students will be barred from attending classes until the account balance reaches zero.
Last Day of the Month: Accounts with remaining balances will be deactivated. To rejoin the program, you must re-register and pay a new registration fee.
No Carryovers: Balances cannot be carried over into the following month.
*Enrollment and Cancellations
Class Holds: We do not hold spots for unpaid accounts, allowing other students to register.
Withdrawals: You must provide official notification to drop a class. Tuition charges will continue until formal notice is received.

Online: via the Parent Portal.
In-Person: At the studio during standard business hours.
