Digital footprint is one of our greatest concerns at Lighthouse Dance Arts. We believe it is of the utmost importance to protect our dancers' right to privacy. Please consider the following regarding photos and videos.

Any promotional material involving dancers under 5 will not include the dancer's face but may include a side profile if not directly recognizable. Promotional material involving recreational dancers over 5 may include faces, but side or back profile is preferred to protect their privacy. Staff will seek written or verbal permission to share photos and video of recreational dancers for the purpose of social media or promotional material before release.

Participation in Lighthouse Dance Arts includes photo and video. This includes but is not limited to the digital recital video, recital class photo day, and day camp showcase video. Videos are shared only with participants, via Google Drive. We ask that these files are not shared on public platforms to protect other dancers.

I have read and understand the photo and video policy stated by Lighthouse Dance Arts. I therefore permit videotaping and photography by Lighthouse Dance Arts. I will contact the studio directly to be excluded from promotional materials.

At Lighthouse Dance Arts, we are committed to offering the highest possible standard of dance training to all individuals in our community and beyond. We ask that everyone follow our
code of conduct to maintain a positive environment for all.

I understand that dancers and guardians are expected to conduct themselves in a way that promotes respect and encourages others to be their best self. Any actions, whether verbal, written, or physical, that are perceived as intimidating, threatening, or otherwise hostile are forbidden. Parents/guardians and students who choose not to follow the studio code of conduct will be removed from the studio immediately without refund.

I understand that any physical activity involves risks. I do not hold Lighthouse Dance Arts or its staff responsible for any injury, damage, or lost or stolen items. I agree to comply with all Policies & Procedures as set out by Lighthouse Dance Arts. I agree to pay for classes, costumes, and fees in accordance with the Policies & Procedures of Lighthouse Dance Arts. I hereby understand the Dress Code and Policies & Procedures of Lighthouse Dance Arts.

I have read the studio code of conduct and fully understand its terms. I sign it freely and voluntarily without any inducement.
