By completing registration, I acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of dance and physical activity. I agree that Dance Etc, its staff, and instructors are not liable for injuries, accidents, or incidents that may occur during classes, rehearsals, performances, or while on studio premises. I accept sole responsibility for my child’s physical readiness, medical conditions, behavior, and compliance with studio policies. I understand that Dance Etc is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings or for actions of visitors, guests, or other participants.
By completing registration, I agree that all dancers, parents, visitors, staff, and guests must follow Dance Etc’s hygiene and wellness standards. I understand that anyone entering the studio must arrive clean, wear appropriate attire, maintain personal hygiene, and refrain from attending if sick, fevered (100.4+), or showing symptoms of contagious illness. I acknowledge that these expectations help maintain a safe, healthy environment for all individuals in the building.
New students- a non-refundable fee of $50 per family Returning students who took class during the previous school year (September - June) $0 per family; Your registration fee will be applied in September. Returning students who did not take class during the previous school year (September - June): a non-refundable fee of $25 per family Military Discount for Active, Retired, and Veteran families 50% off registration fee per family.
