Dance Unlimited Refund Policy Costume/Competition/Make-up Fees- Refund Policy: Once you enroll in a performance class, you are agreeing to pay tuition through THE END of the class offering, NO REFUNDS. Late Pay Fees/Suspension from Class: If you are past due, your account will be assessed a $25 late fee. If you are more than 30 days past due, your child will be suspended from class until fees are paid. Exceptions to the Cancellation Policy for Class Tuition: **In the event of a snowstorm or bad weather where we need to cancel classes, there is NO tuition reimbursement offered, unless there are more than 2 of the same classes canceled, in which case we will either offer a make-up or a reimbursement, at our discretion. NO exceptions. **In the event of instructor illness where we do not have a substitute teacher lined up and we need to cancel classes, we WILL provide a prorated credit for your class that month on your account.
