Dance Unlimited Refund Policy Costume/Competition/Make-up Fees- Refund Policy: Once you enroll in a performance class, you are agreeing to pay tuition through THE END of the class offering, NO REFUNDS. Late Pay Fees/Suspension from Class: If you are past due, your account will be assessed a $25 late fee. If you are more than 30 days past due, your child will be suspended from class until fees are paid. Private lessons cancelled less than 24 hours from time of lesson may not be eligible for a refund. Exceptions to the Cancellation Policy for Class Tuition: **In the event of a snowstorm or bad weather where we need to cancel classes, there is NO tuition reimbursement offered, unless there are more than 2 of the same classes canceled, in which case we will either offer a make-up or a reimbursement, at our discretion. NO exceptions. **In the event of instructor illness where we do not have a substitute teacher lined up and we need to cancel classes, we WILL provide a prorated credit for your class that month on your account.
