GENERAL TERMS
* Enrolment is presumed for the entirety of 2026, I understand that fees will continue to be charged until Katapult Performing Arts is notified in writing of withdrawal from classes.
* To withdraw from a class, THREE weeks notice from scheduled class day must be provided in writing to info@katapultperformingarts.com.au. Normal class fees will be charged if notice given is less than THREE weeks.
* All classes are invoiced and payable by Direct Debit on a weekly basis. All clients will be registered as a Direct Debit customer and must enter payment details PARENT PORTAL OR VIA TXT/EMAIL SUBMISSION by the end of Week 2 unless payment is made in advance on account.
* If you wish to pay for the term upfront, payment can be made in advance on your account via the Parent Portal, Cash, EFTPOS, Credit Card at the Studio or via Bank Transfer. THIS WILL ACT AS A PRE-PAYMENT THAT YOUR WEEKLY FEES WILL DEDUCT FROM.
* I understand that any payments made via PARENT PORTAL as the payment method incur a 3.5% fee per transaction charged by the payment provider. Fees paid via Bank Account, in person at the studio or over the phone do not incur any transaction fees.
* REGISTRATION FEE OF $100 IS PROCESSED UPON ENROLMENT AND IS NON REFUNDABLE.
* Costume hire fee for end of year concert - $45/routine - $15 invoiced week 1 of term 2, 3 & 4
* Students will not be able to participate in classes if payment details are not on file or payment in advance is not received by the end of Week 2, or a direct debit payment fails in 2 consecutive weeks.
* Students will not be able to participate in any Katapult Performing Arts events if account is not up to date and there are any outstanding amounts owed on account.
* Katapult Performing Arts reserves the right to pass any outstanding fees onto a Debt Collection Agency, this will incur a 20% surcharge on the balance of the account.
DIRECT DEBIT
As a DIRECT DEBIT customer with KATAPULT PERFORMING ARTS , I agree that:
* I am responsible for entering and updating when necessary my bank account and/or credit card details via PARENT PORTAL AUTO PAY.
* I will nominate a default payment method (if more than one payment method is entered)
KATAPULT PERFORMING ARTS, through their payment provider has the authority to debit my account or credit card the full balance owing on my Tuition Fees in my DSP account on the THURSDAY of each week.
* I will pay the associated fee of 3% per transaction if using AUTO PAY as the payment method for FEES.
* A failed payment fee of $5.50 will be added to my KATAPULT account if my direct debit payment fails.
* Where a direct debit payment fails in 2 consecutive weeks, students will not be able to participate in classes and any KATAPULT PERFORMING ARTS events until all outstanding amounts are paid in full
TERM FEES
When we enrol new students or re-enrol existing students we trust that parents will honour their commitment to Katapult Performing Arts and pay all costs incurred. This is a small business and we rely on continued cash flow, therefore we ask that all parents abide by the terms and conditions as set out below.
*There are no Rebates for missed classes. Provided there is a vacancy students can do a make-up class within the same term.
* CLASSES THAT FALL ON A PUBLIC HOLIDAY WILL BE MADE UP DURING THE SCHOOL HOLIDAYS ON THE SAME DAY OF THE WEEK AND TIME - REBATES ARE NOT GIVEN FOR PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
* THERE ARE NO REBATES FOR FAMILY HOLIDAYS OR WEEKLY ABSENCES - IF YOU ARE AWAY FOR 3 WEEKS OR LONGER AND YOU ADVISE THE STUDIO OF THIS ABSENCE THEN YOUR SPACE WILL BE HELD IN THE CLASSES WITH A $5 WEEKLY HOLDING FEE.
I hereby absolve KATAPULT PERFORMING ARTS from any liability in the event of any injury to my child. I give KATAPULT PERFORMING ARTS permission to seek medical attention at the time of accident or serious illness
I give permission for my child to be photographed and / or videoed whilst participating in KATAPULT PERFORMING ARTS activities and I consent to these photos / videos being used for publicity purposes.
I will not hold KATAPULT PERFORMING ARTS liable for any loss of property.
I understand that trial classes are under KATAPULT PERFORMING ARTS "love it or it's free guarantee". This means that if my child trials a class/es and they don't love the class when they try it I won't be charged for the class, however, for any classes that my child does enrol in I will be charged for the trial class week as the first week.
