You must be over 18 to register for an account.

I choose to participate in classes, performances, workshops, and other activities at Wave Dance Alliance LLC of my own free will and certify that I am I proper physical condition to take part in such activities.

If I have questions about whether an activity is suitable for me to pursue, I will consult my health care provider in making that decision. If I have any known physical vulnerabilities, conditions, or injuries, I agree to discuss them with the director before participating.

By signing this document, I release Wave Dance Alliance, LLC and their directors, owners, students, teachers, staff, employees, volunteers, associates from any liability or claim that I or my representatives may have against Wave Dance Alliance, LLC with respect to any bodily injury, personal injury, illness, death, or property loss or damage that may result from my participation at Wave Dance Alliance, LLC.

I voluntarily release and forever discharge and hold harmless Wave Dance Alliance, LLC from any and all claims or demands for damages, loss of services, costs, and expenses, injuries, attorney fees, and any other call for reparation from any and all injury to me or my property arising in any way from my participation in dance classes, camps, intensives, workshops, performances, troupes, the use of equipment or facilities, and any activities associated with Wave Dance Alliance, LLC.

All dancers, regardless of class, are expected to wear their hair secured back and away from their eyes.

Tiny Tutu Dancers, Tiny Dancers and Ballet/Lyrical Classes: Any colored leotard, any colored tights, and pink ballet shoes.

Kinder Cuties: Any colored leotard, any colored tights, pink ballet shoes, and black tap shoes.

Jazz and Tap Classes: Any colored leotard, any colored tights, bike shorts are also acceptable, black tap shoes, and tan jazz shoes.

Bop-N-Hop and Hip Hop: Comfortable loose fitting clothes with lightly worn sneakers.

Adult Stretch/Cardio Funk: Athletic Attire with lightly worn sneakers

Adult Tap: Athletic Attire and any color tap shoes

Adult Stretch/Core: Athletic Attire, no shoes are required and yoga mat is suggested for additional support.

Makeup Sessions are available in the event your child misses a class due to illness, vacation, etc.
Please keep in mind that makeup sessions must be completed before the end of every season.

Tuition and Registration payments are non refundable, non-transferable, and non-adjustable, unless due to a lengthy absence or withdrawal due to prolonged illness or injury verified by a doctors certification.

For the 2024-2025 season, if you enroll in a class, tuition will be billed monthly based on the number of classes in each month. Last year, monthly tuition was charged based on a 32 week dance season and evenly distributed over (8 months). This change is solely based on the fact that I will not be able to get a confirmation of our Rehearsal/Recital date until September. My tuition fees have not changed as they will remain as follows: 1 - 45 min class per week is $16.25 per class, 1 - 60 min class per week is $17.50, Adult Classes are $10 per class.

So for example: If you take one 45 minute class per week on a Tuesday in September, there are 3 Tuesday classes so you would be charged $48.75 ($16.25 per class), for the same 45 minute class once per week on a Tuesday in October, there are 5 Tuesday classes so you would be charged $81.25 ($16.25 per class).

There will be a $25 registration fee and this will need to be paid in order to register for classes. For those families that have multiple children, it's $5 per extra child. In addition, there is also a discount when registering for multiple classes as well as if you enroll multiple children.

All returned checks will be subject to a $30.00 charge.
All payment must be made by the 1st of the month.
Late Fees: $10 monthly will be applied to any unpaid tuition which is past due 10 days.

You can also enroll in Auto Pay in the online portal if you wish to just have your card charged at the first of the month or you can pay by Credit Card online each month. I also accept cash/check in person at the studio.

For Fall Registration, the first months tuition and the registration fee are due at time of enrollment.

I acknowledge and consent to allow Wave Dance Alliance LLC to use Photos and/or videos of my child/myself in publication (such as flyers/brochures), advertisements (such as newspapers, or online ads), our studio's website, or on Social Media sites (such as the studio's Facebook, Instagram or Tik Tok account). I understand that in some cases, my child and/or my name may be used. I further understand no financial compensation will be for use of these photos/videos.

Wave Dance Alliance promotes and models appropriate dance etiquette and behavior. You can help us provide a professional, nurturing, safe and creative environment in our lobby and studio by following our studio policies.

Rules to Follow:
We invite you to watch classes in our open seating area, but please keep conversations to a minimum as to not disturb classes in progress. This includes the use of cell phones, personal conversations and interactions with small children.
If you need to make or take a phone call, we kindly ask you to step outside as to not distract the classes that are in session.

Please refrain from calling into the dance area during class instruction as this will help me minimize the distractions to the students and to keep everyone safe during their class time. In addition, please help me reinforce that students should remain in the dance room during class instruction.

No street shoes should be worn in the dance area.

No gum, food or drinks allowed in the dance area.

Jewelry must be removed before dance class. Wrist watches, necklaces, large rings on ears or fingers, and bracelets on wrists or ankles are a potential hazard should they catch on clothing, hair or other dancers. Small, non-dangling earrings are allowed.
