Our waiting room is closed to families during class time to limit the number of people in the space. We ask that you drop your dancers off at the side door and their teacher or assistant will be there to bring them into the space. We will let students in no more than 10 minutes before classes start. We will also walk students out after their class and you may meet them at the side door. Teens and adults arriving by themselves may come in the side door no more than 10 minutes before their scheduled class unless other arrangements have been made in advance with the teacher. If you are experiencing flu or cold-like symptoms, please do not attend dance classes. We will be happy to discuss options for makeup classes within a student's age or ability level. I give permission for my student to participate in dance classes at Expansion Arts Dance Studio.
Expansion Arts Dance Studio and its teachers are not liable for personal injuries, loss of or damage to personal property. Since this is a physical activity, injuries may occur. Each student may decline to participate in any activity which may be harmful, and is responsible to inform the instructor of any physical limitations which may prevent full participation in class. I grant permission for my student to receive emergency medical attention should I not be able to be reached at the telephone numbers provided.
Expansion Arts Dance Studio has permission to photograph and/or video my child while involved with this studio. I understand that these photos may be used in programs and publicity for Expansion Arts Dance Studio, and that names may or may not be used.
Expansion Arts Dance Studio accepts students beginning at the age of 3, however, not all students will be ready for dance class at this age. In order to participate in dance classes, students must be able to walk into the studio by themselves and be able to attend the entire dance class. Students must be potty trained and able to use the restroom by themselves. We are happy to help with handwashing, shoes and coats. Please have students bring a water bottle with them to class.
