At Asase Yaa School of the Arts, our policies are designed to create a safe, respectful, and positive experience for all students, families, and staff. By setting clear expectations and fostering open communication, we maintain a supportive environment where young artists can grow with confidence and joy. Please take a moment to review our policies regarding attendance, class conduct, dress code, tuition, cancellations, and more. These guidelines help us uphold the integrity of our programs and ensure that every student receives the care, structure, and consistency they need to thrive. Thank you for being a valued part of our community. I agree to read and sign all policies.
Attendance and Make-up Classes Consistent attendance is essential for student progress, class flow, and group preparation for performances. Please notify the school in advance if your child will be absent. Excessive absences may affect recital participation. Make-up classes are only offered in the event of a studio-related cancellation. We are unable to provide make-ups for student absences due to personal scheduling conflicts or illness. No refunds or credits are issued for missed classes.

Tuition will not be prorated for students who register after the 1st of the month. Full monthly tuition is required regardless of start date.
Tuition is based on the full dance year (October - June) and divided into equal monthly installments. It is not determined by the number of classes in any given month. Tuition is non-refundable All families are required to enroll in autopay as part of the registration process. Tuition is automatically processed on the 1st of each month. Accepted Methods of Payment Credit/Debit (card must be kept on file) Cash or Check Late Tuition Policy A $20 late fee will be applied to any account with an outstanding balance after the 5th of the month. If tuition is not paid by the 28th of the month, the student will be suspended from classes until the balance is cleared. Any returned payments or chargebacks will incur a $35 fee. Repeated payment issues may result in suspension from classes until the account is brought current.
