Dancer’s Dreamhouse may revise or update policies at its discretion. Review policies and waiver at your leisure. Policies are subject to change.
|REGISTRATION|
All participants must complete registration and sign waivers before beginning any classes. Accounts must be current for a participant to register. ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
|STUDIO TUITION|
Tuition is divided over a 9-month dance season; September-May. First full-month's tuition is due immediately upon registering for the dance season. If a student registers after the 15th of the month tuition will be prorated accordingly. Tuition is charged via autopay to a debit card, credit card, or bank account on the 15th of the month prior. (This information can be updated anytime through the family portal.) Contact info@dancersdreamhouse.com if you would like to use another method of payment.
For your convenience, tuition is paid in monthly installments due on the 15th of the month prior, regardless of calendar days, inclement weather, or holiday closings. Tuition is not decreased for 3-week months or increased for 5-week months. Payment is considered late on the 20th of the month, and a $20.00 late charge will be added to all unpaid accounts. If payment is not satisfied by the 1st of the following month, your student will not be permitted to participate in classes until all tuition payments are up to date. Tuition is due even if the student misses class, to maintain the student’s place in the class.
TUITION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
|ATTENDANCE & TARDINESS|
Consistent attendance is essential for your dancer’s progress and for the success of the class as a whole. Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes and arrive on time, dressed and ready to participate.
If your student will be absent, please notify Dancer’s Dreamhouse in advance via phone, text, or email. Tuition is not prorated or refunded for missed classes; however, a make-up class may be available within the same session if space allows.
Excessive absences—especially close to performances—may affect a student’s ability to participate in performances or events.
To keep class running smoothly, dancers arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to observe instead of participating for safety reasons—especially during warm-ups. Consecutive tardies will lead to a parental discussion to regarding how we can better serve you.
|WITHDRAWAL|
Withdrawal from the program requires 30-day notice by the 15th of the month prior to withdrawal and must be made in writing by email to info@dancersdreamhouse.com, or tuition will still be due as per this agreement. All registration and tuition fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
|WAIVER|
____I release Dancer's Dreamhouse, its instructors, independent contractors, and all other associates from liability for harm, theft, or injury that may be suffered by me and/or members of my family traveling to or from or during participation in activities and programs sponsored by Dancer's Dreamhouse.
____I hereby acknowledge that I am voluntarily assuming full responsibility for all risks of physical injury arising out of active participation in a dance class or other dance related activities. I acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and other contagious diseases and viruses and voluntary assume the risk that I and/or my children may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by attending and participating and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 and other contagious diseases and viruses may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including, but not limited to, employees, independent contractors, volunteers, and program participants and their families. I release Dancer's Dreamhouse, its instructors, independent contractors, and all associates from liability for harm, injury or death pertaining to COVID-19 and other contagious diseases and viruses.
____I understand that all registration and tuition fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
____I understand that if my dancer's class gets cancelled due to weather, illness, an emergency, or any issues arising from COVID-19 there is no refund for these missed classes. Make-up classes will be provided as long as scheduling permits.
____I give permission to Dancer's Dreamhouse to use pictures and or video of my child for advertising purposes in print, promotional videos, on social media, and on the company's website.
____I understand and agree to Dancer's Dreamhouse's policies and procedures. I understand that my student must have this release form signed before attending class.
|DAMAGE TO PROPERTY AGREEMENT|
I understand that all students, parents, and guests are expected to respect the studio space and equipment at Dancer’s Dreamhouse. I agree to be financially responsible for any damage caused by myself, my child, or anyone accompanying us, whether accidental or intentional, due to misuse, negligence, or failure to follow studio guidelines. This includes but is not limited to damage to any property, floors, mirrors, barres, sound systems, costumes, or furniture.
I agree that Dancer’s Dreamhouse has the right to invoice me for any necessary repairs or replacements, and that continued participation may be suspended until the matter is resolved.

REGISTRATION
All families must complete registration and sign all required waivers prior to participation in dance activities. Spots are limited and reserved only once registration and payment have been completed. All registration fees and payments are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE unless the program is cancelled.
TUITION & PAYMENTS
Full program tuition is due at the time of registration unless otherwise stated. Payment plans, if offered, must remain current for the student to participate.
For the convenience of all families no refunds or credits will be issued for missed class days due to illness, vacations, scheduling conflicts, behavioral dismissal, or personal reasons.
Students with outstanding balances may not be permitted to attend until the account is brought current.
BEHAVIOR EXPECTATIONS
Dancer’s Dreamhouse is committed to providing a positive, safe, and encouraging environment for all students. Respectful behavior toward staff, fellow students, studio property, and equipment is expected at all times.
Bullying, physical aggression, inappropriate language, unsafe behavior, or repeated disruptions may result in dismissal from camp without refund.
HEALTH & SAFETY
Parents should keep students home if they are experiencing fever, vomiting, contagious illness symptoms, or any condition that may place others at risk.
Program activities include dance, movement activities, and physical exercise. Parents acknowledge that participation includes inherent physical risks.
WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY
I release Dancer’s Dreamhouse, its owners, instructors, staff, independent contractors, volunteers, and associates from liability for any harm, theft, injury, illness, or damages that may occur to me and/or my child while traveling to, attending, or participating in program activities sponsored by Dancer’s Dreamhouse.
I understand and acknowledge that participation in dance involves physical activity and certain inherent risks of injury. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks associated with participation.
I acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and other contagious illnesses and voluntarily assume the risk that my child and/or family members may be exposed to illness through participation in camp activities. I release Dancer’s Dreamhouse and its staff from liability related to exposure, illness, injury, or other health-related concerns arising from participation.
I understand that all registration fees, tuition payments, deposits, and camp-related fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
I understand that if camp activities are interrupted, postponed, or cancelled due to weather, emergencies, illness outbreaks, facility issues, or circumstances beyond the studio’s control, refunds will not be issued. Make-up activities or alternative accommodations may be offered when possible but are not guaranteed.
PHOTO & MEDIA RELEASE
I give permission to Dancer’s Dreamhouse to photograph and/or video my child during activities and to use these images or videos for advertising, promotional materials, social media, print materials, and the company website without compensation.
DAMAGE TO PROPERTY AGREEMENT
I understand that all students, parents, and guests are expected to respect the staff, equipment, and supplies of Dancer’s Dreamhouse.
I agree to be financially responsible for any damage caused by myself, my child, or anyone accompanying us due to misuse, negligence, intentional behavior, or failure to follow studio guidelines. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to floors, mirrors, sound equipment, props, furniture, craft supplies, or studio equipment.
I understand that Dancer’s Dreamhouse reserves the right to invoice for necessary repairs or replacements and may suspend participation until the matter is resolved.
AGREEMENT
By registering for Dancer’s Dreamhouse Summer Camp, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agreed to all policies, procedures, and waiver terms listed above. I understand that my child may not participate unless this agreement has been signed and submitted.
