While LL Dance & Fitness avoids sharing data with third parties at most times, some data is shared in accordance with our business practises, only if their data protection policy is compliant with GDPR.
Names, Medical details and emergency contact details are shared with our teachers.

Data received through enrolment forms are uploaded onto our database software. Our database software is stored and access to files is password protected

Fees must be paid be end of 1st week of term. If paid late, fees will incur a £10 late fee. Some classes have the option to pay weekly. Online payment or Cash in accepted. Reimbursements cannot be given for missed lessons.

LL Dance & Fitness accepts no responsibility for loss or damage of personal belongs while in class

LL Dance & Fitness accepts no liability for any injuries sustained whilst participating in a class

Teachers are qualified, experienced and DBS checked. Also holding valid insurance and First Aid training

No food, chewing gum or fizzy drinks allowed in class

Please respect the local community by not leaving rubbish and be considerate when arriving and leaving the premises.
