2026-2027 Waiver/Policies
Tuition & Payment Policies
* Registration fees are non-refundable.
* Tuition is based on the full dance season and is divided into equal monthly payments for your convenience.
* Tuition is due on the designated due date each month.
* AutoPay is available for all monthly tuition payments.
* A valid debit or credit card must remain on file.
* Accounts not paid by the due date may be subject to late fees.
* Students with outstanding balances may not participate in performances, competitions, or receive costumes until their account is brought current.
* There are no refunds or credits for missed classes.
* Makeup classes may be available when appropriate and approved by the studio.

Attendance Policy
Regular attendance is essential for every dancer’s progress.
Please notify the studio if your child will be absent.
Excessive absences before performances or competitions may result in removal from routines at the instructor’s discretion.

Dress Code
* Students must wear proper dance attire for each class.
* Appropriate dance shoes are required.
* Hair must be secured neatly away from the face.
* Jewelry should be kept to a minimum for safety.

Parent Observation
Parents are asked to remain in designated waiting areas unless otherwise instructed.
To minimize distractions, classroom observation may be limited throughout the season.

Photography & Social Media Release
I grant Heart & Rhythm Dance Studio permission to photograph and/or video my child during classes, performances, competitions, and studio events.
These images may be used for promotional materials, social media, website content, advertising, and other studio publications without compensation.

Liability Waiver
I understand that participation in dance, tumbling, acrobatics, and other physical activities involves inherent risks of injury.
I voluntarily allow my child to participate in all studio activities and assume all risks associated with participation.
I release and hold harmless Heart & Rhythm Dance Studio, its owners, instructors, staff, and volunteers from any and all claims, injuries, damages, or liabilities arising from participation, except where prohibited by law.
In the event of an emergency, I authorize Heart & Rhythm Dance Studio to obtain emergency medical treatment for my child if I cannot be reached. I understand that I am financially responsible for any medical expenses incurred.

Studio Agreement
