On behalf of myself and my children, I understand that there are risks associated with, arising out of, and inherent to the activities provided through Limitless Dance Studios LLC. They include but are not limited to, illness, injury, and death. In recognition of this acknowledged risk, I knowingly and voluntarily waive all right and/ or causes of action of any kind, including any and all claims of negligence arising as a result of such activity from which liability could accrue to Limitless Dance Studios its officers, agents, employees, instructors, subsidiaries, parent corporations, and all affiliated entities (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Limitless Dance”.)
I hereby agree to release Limitless Dance and hold Limitless Dance harmless of all liability and hereby acknowledge that I knowingly and voluntarily assume full responsibility for all risks arising out of active participation in classes, performances, and activities through Limitless Dance on behalf of myself, the legal guardian, and the participant/s.
I am aware that this is a release of liability and an acknowledgment of my voluntary and knowing assumption of the associated risks. I have signed this document voluntarily and of my own free will in exchange for the privilege of participation.
I also give Limitless Dance permission to use my child’s picture in or on any form of advertisement or publication on behalf of Limitless Dance or a Limitless Dance affiliated event. (Please notify us in writing if pictures cannot be publicly displayed for any reason)
The participants for whom I am registering have my permission to participate in all Limitless Dance classes, performances, and activities. I warrant the information is complete and correct and that I do have the authority to act and speak on behalf of the participants I enroll in classes at Limitless Dance. I further release Limitless Dance of all liabilities associated with my children’s attendance at Limitless Dance.

The privacy of your personal information is very important to Limitless Dance Studios. We will not sell, rent or trade your personal information to any third party. Special care will be taken to protect the privacy and security of your information. This policy explains our information practices and the way that Limitless Dance Studios collects and uses your information. This Privacy Policy covers the information you provide to us offline and at the Limitless Dance Studio website.

You can visit our Website and find out about Limitless Dance Studio's products and services without giving us any personally identifying information about you. When you visit our Website, we do not collect any personally identifiable information without your consent. We collect and store information from you that you voluntarily choose to give us or enter on our website. When you register for classes at Limitless Dance Studios, we collect contact information such as parent/guardian names, addresses, phone numbers, e-mail address and student information such as names, birthdays, grade, etc. This information is needed to manage studio business and will not be used or sold for any other purpose, except as described below.

Limitless Dance Studios will access your personal information and/or share it with third parties only for the following purposes:

-as needed for studio business

-if required to do so by law or to comply with legal process

General
Leotard and tights or athletic wear are required for all classes, unless noted otherwise.
Long hair must be tied back for all classes!
NO JEWELRY, COSTUMES or PLAY CLOTHES. Loose or dangling jewelry and costumes are a safety hazard, a distraction for dancers and are not allowed. Jeans, jean shorts, play clothes, or school clothes are not suitable dance attire.
All dance shoes should not be worn outside the studio space.

3-5 Tap/Ballet
Students should wear tights, a leotard, skirt, and have both their pink no-tie ballet shoes and black no-tie tap shoes with. Leotard dresses are allowed. Long hair should be pulled back.

Ballet Classes
Students should wear tights, a leotard, skirt, and pink ballet no-tie shoes. Long hair should be pulled back. NO JEANS.

Tap Classes
Student should wear athletic wear such as leggings, tank tops, athletic shorts, etc. No baggy bottoms. T-shirts are ok. Long hair should be tied back. Students should have the required black tap shoes. NO JEANS.

Jazz Classes
Students should wear well fitted athletic clothing such as leggings, tights, shorts, tank tops, etc. Long hair should be tied back. Students should have the required tan jazz shoes. NO JEANS.

Hip Hop Classes
Students should wear comfortable athletic clothing that allows for freedom of movement. Sweatpants, leggings, T-Shirts, Tank Tops, etc. NO JEANS. Students should have the required Hip Hop shoes.

Lyrical Classes
Students should wear well fitted athletic clothing such as leggings, tights, shorts, tank tops, etc. Long hair should be tied back. Students should have the required Lyrical shoes. NO JEANS.

Acro Dance Classes
Students should wear well fitted long pants such as leggings and an athletic top. Long hair should be tied back. Students should have the required tan half sole shoes. NO JEANS.

The Studio Director/Instructor has the discretion to require that a student observe a lesson for appropriate reasons.
Please be prompt in dropping off and picking up your student.
For their safety, all students must be escorted into the studio before lessons and wait inside the studio to be picked up after lessons.
Ensure your student is with an Instructor and in a lesson before leaving.
No gum chewing in the studio at any time.
No Food or Drink is allowed in the studio space (water is okay and snacks must be eaten in the lobby).
Parents are responsible for monitoring all siblings, not in lessons.
Limitless Dance and its staff are not liable for any damage to or losses of personal property or valuables.
Any choreography learned by a student is the sole property of the Studio and may not be copied or used for any activity outside of the Studio’s scope. Permission must be granted by the Studio for any student to use Studio choreography at any venue where the member is not with the Studio or acting on behalf of the Studio.
All imagery including, but not limited to, photographs and video recordings of a student is the sole property of the Studio and may be used at the discretion of the Studio for advertising/promotional purposes.
NO person(s) allowed in the dance space without a Limitless Dance instructor present.
It is the responsibility of the parent to inform Limitless Dance of any changes of enrollment – accounts will not be refunded if a dancer takes a month off and has not informed Limitless Dance.
Students may change classes up until the month of November if participating in the recital. If not participating, students may change classes throughout the season.
Parents are not allowed in the student or dance area during classes.
Students and parents must wait between classes to utilize the bathroom.
By signing up for a season you are agreeing to purchase the chosen recital costume in addition to recital tickets. If the costume is not purchased, the student will not participate in the recital. Participation in the recital is optional.
It is the student's and parent's responsibility to keep track of all costumes and costume pieces once they are sent home with the student.
Accounts are not refunded for any missed classes on the account of the student.
Accounts are not refunded for missed classes on the account of the teacher/studio in the case of but not limited to, severe weather, illness, or family emergency. If and when a class must be canceled due to any of the reasons listed above, it will be rescheduled to make up for the missed class time if the snow day has been used.
Monthly payments are not prorated to accommodate for holiday breaks. The monthly tuition is based on how many classes are in a season not in a month-this policy applies to all group classes, trios, duets, solos, etc. Tuition for each class is based on the total number of classes. These lessons are spread out over 9 months (September-May). Classes will be held 3-5 times per month). The same monthly charge will apply regardless of how many times the class meets that month.
If a student pays in full for the year and drops out of dance, they may be refunded the lessons they will not be enrolled.
If a student drops out of dance after paying for the month, the transaction is only eligible for refund if no classes have yet been taken in the month paid for.
Tuition is due on the first of each month. If tuition is not paid within 7 days after the due date there will be a $5.00 late fee applied to the account.
If tuition goes unpaid for 3 months with no communication, the student will not be allowed to participate in classes until the amount due is paid.
If account balance is not paid in full by the end of the season, there will be a $20.00 late fee applied to the account per month if the account remains unpaid. Students with unpaid balances may not register for future classes.
Payments can be made via cash or check in person by utilizing the drop box in the lobby or online through your parent portal. Online payments are subject to a convenience fee.
Limitless Dance follows the Luck School District related to severe weather. If the district cancels school, dance classes will be canceled in most cases. LDS has a built in snow day! Each day of the week has 31 lessons scheduled for the season (you pay for 30). This extra day is reserved in case a class needs to be canceled due to severe weather. If this extra day goes unused, you get a free lesson! If a class must be canceled after using its reserved snow day, the class will be rescheduled during another day of the week.
Limitless Dance Studios does NOT follow any school district calendar in regards to holiday breaks or other scheduled days off. Please follow the Season Calendar available on the LDS website or your parent portal calendar to see scheduled breaks and important events.
Limitless Dance Studios reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
