Limitless Dance Studios Dress Code

General Requirements

A leotard and tights or athletic wear are required for all classes unless otherwise noted.
Long hair must be securely tied back for all classes.
No jewelry, costumes, or play clothes. Loose or dangling items are a safety hazard and can be distracting.
Jeans, jean shorts, school clothes, and play clothes are not permitted.
Dance shoes should not be worn outside of the studio.

Class Preparedness

Students who arrive without proper dancewear will be asked to observe class.
Students who arrive without required shoes may borrow a pair from the studio if available.

Limitless Dance Studios 2026–2027 Liability Waiver
Assumption of Risk
On behalf of myself and my child(ren), I understand that participation in dance classes, rehearsals, performances, and related activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to illness, injury, or death. I voluntarily accept and assume all risks associated with participation in activities offered by Limitless Dance Studios LLC.
Release of Liability
I hereby waive, release, and discharge any and all claims or causes of action against Limitless Dance Studios LLC, including its owners, officers, employees, instructors, agents, and affiliated entities (collectively referred to as “Limitless Dance”), for any injury, loss, or damage arising out of participation, including claims based on negligence.
Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Limitless Dance from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from my or my child(ren)’s participation in studio activities.
Medical Authorization
In the event of an injury or medical emergency, I authorize Limitless Dance to obtain medical treatment for my child if I cannot be reached. I understand that I am responsible for any resulting medical expenses.
Participation Acknowledgment
I confirm that my child(ren) are physically able to participate in dance activities. I grant permission for participation in all classes, performances, and related events. I certify that all registration information provided is accurate and that I have legal authority to act on behalf of the participant(s).
Media Release
I grant permission for Limitless Dance to use photographs and/or video of my child(ren) for promotional, advertising, and social media purposes.
(Please notify us in writing if you do not consent to media use.)
Acknowledgment and Agreement
I acknowledge that I have read and understand this waiver. I am signing it voluntarily and agree to its terms.

Limitless Dance Studios Policies & Acceptance | Season 5 (2026–2027)

General Studio Policies
The Studio Director/Instructor reserves the right to require a student to observe a class when necessary.
Students must be dropped off and picked up promptly.
For safety, all students must be escorted into the studio and picked up inside the building.
Please ensure your student is with an instructor before leaving.
For the safety and flow of class, students must be fully potty trained and able to use the restroom independently.
No gum, food, or drinks are allowed in the studio space (water is permitted; snacks must be eaten in the lobby).
Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising siblings who are not in class.
Students may not bring guests without prior permission.
No individuals are allowed in the dance space without an instructor present.
Parents are not permitted in the dance area during class time.
Students and parents should wait between classes to use the restroom when possible.

Student Information & Responsibility
Parents/guardians must provide accurate and complete medical and personal information at registration.
Students with incomplete information may not be permitted to participate until updated.
Limitless Dance is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.

Attendance & Enrollment
It is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to notify the studio of any enrollment changes.
Tuition will not be refunded if a student stops attending without notice.
Students may change classes until November if participating in the recital. After that point, class changes are limited.

Tuition & Payments
Tuition is due on the 1st of each month. A $5 late fee will be applied after 7 days.
Accounts unpaid for 3 months without communication may result in removal from classes.
Accounts with outstanding balances at the end of the season will incur a $20 monthly late fee.
Students with unpaid balances may not register for future classes.

Refund Policy:
No refunds are given for missed classes.
No refunds are given for studio closures due to weather, illness, or emergencies. Makeup classes will be scheduled if needed.
If paying in full, unused months may be refunded if the student withdraws.
Monthly payments are non-refundable once classes for that month have been attended.

Tuition Structure:
Tuition is based on the full season (September–May), not individual months.
Classes are held 3–5 times per month; monthly tuition remains the same regardless of class count.

Private Lesson Cancellation Policy:
Private lessons are scheduled specifically for each dancer and instructor, and reserved lesson times cannot always be filled if canceled. To respect our instructors’ time and ensure availability for all dancers, the following cancellation policy applies:
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule a private lesson.
Private lessons canceled with less than 24 hours notice or missed without notice will be charged the full lesson fee.
If a dancer arrives late to a private lesson, the lesson will still end at the scheduled time, and the full lesson fee will apply.
If a dancer is unable to attend due to illness or an emergency, please contact the studio as soon as possible. Exceptions may be considered at the studio’s discretion.
If the instructor or studio needs to cancel a private lesson, the lesson will be rescheduled or a credit will be applied to the dancer’s account.

Payments:
Payments may be made via cash, check, or online through the parent portal.
Auto-Pay is available for monthly tuition (does not apply to one-time fees).

Weather & Scheduling
Limitless Dance generally follows the Luck School District for weather-related closures.
Each class includes one built-in “snow day.” Each class has 31 lessons scheduled for the season (you pay for 30). This extra day is reserved in case a class needs to be canceled due to severe weather. If this extra day goes unused, you get a free lesson. If a class must be canceled after using its reserved snow day, the class will be rescheduled during another day of the week.
The studio does not follow school calendars for holidays—please refer to the official studio calendar.

Recital Policies
Recital participation is optional; however, students who participate must purchase a costume and recital tickets.
Students who do not purchase a costume will not be eligible to perform.
Families are responsible for all costumes and accessories once they are sent home.

Media & Choreography
Choreography is the property of Limitless Dance and may not be used outside the studio without permission.
The Limitless Dance Studios name, logo, and any associated branding may not be used, reproduced, or shared for personal, business, or promotional purposes without prior written permission from the studio.
Photos and videos may be used for promotional purposes unless a Photo Opt-Out is submitted in writing or selected in the parent portal.

Final Acknowledgment
Limitless Dance reserves the right to refuse service.
Policies may be updated at any time.
